Cherry Blossom
The pitter-patter of young and wonderful feet,
Mildly gazing, rhinestone heart
Cares for nothing, torn apart.
Trains a day, a month, a year
The pain is strong,
A single tear
Hisana, ragged, clothed in fear
Found by you on cobbled streets.
Married now but you retreat
Into that rhinestone heart
Deathbed comes to steal her soul,
Emotions check, remain controlled,
Spill a secret, "I have a sister"
Make a promise, "I will find her"
Another day, a month, a year
Another Kuchiki drawing near
To you and that rhinestone heart
You close so tight,
Never open,
Morning, noon or night
Broke the rules and once again
Your rhinestone heart just won't amend
For vows made and broken,
In front of parents
You left a token...
"I swear to you, not again"
A declaration, you will not cross them,
A symbol left
Your cherry blossom.
