Happy Birthday, Itachi-koi.

Sakura sat on the windowsill of her small home. It was cool that night. The moon was full, the wind blew the leaves into the air so gracefully. The stars shone, twinkling and sparkling. Not a cloud in the midnight sky. Her hair was longer than she usually had it. She had let it grow out, because he liked it long. Not Sasuke, but his elder brother. It fell loosely over her delicate shoulders, and past her waist. She wore a black kimono, with red obi, and the Uchiha fan on the back. She loved this Kimono, and it was Itachi's favorite, because it ws his mothers.

A tear trickled down her pale cheek out of her emerald eye. How she missed him. He would be 27 today. And, it was only weeks before, On March 21, that the man she loved so dearly died. Killed. By her friend and old time crush, Sasuke.

She was supposed to be happy for him though. He had gotten his wish. He had wanted to die for Sasuke. He was willing to die a traitor, never returning to his beloved home, and die by his brother's hands. Sakura sighed. They had an affair together. She had loved him so dearly, because of who he was, and what he had done. He always thought of Konoha, and Sasuke. That little fact alone had brought them together.

It was twilight. The time before the sun sets, and the moon rose majestically into the sky. She was coming home from a mission in Snow. She was currently travelling in Grass country, when she was spotted by the two people she had never thought she would actually meet.

"Uchiha Itachi, Hoshigaki Kisame." she whispered. The fact that she was scared was very obvious it made Kisame laugh. Which earned a glare from Sakura.

"I have nothing to do with you, I'll be on my way." she told them coolly. She started walking away from them until Itachi had grabbed her wrist.

"Tell me, kunoichi, what is your relation to my little brother?" he asked her quietly. He didn't want Kisame to hear. She scowled, but answered any way.

"I would do anything for Sasuke." Her eyes did not lie. He smiled slightly, and let go of her wrist.

"We will meet again." And they disappeared right in front of her eyes.

And she did. Months later, they had invaded her home, and were enjoying her food and her T.V. She wasn't very thrilled. Itachi took her into her room by her hand, and kissed her after shutting the door behind him.

"You are not alone."

Often, the Akatsuki would set up fake missions just so they could see her. She would heal them and spend time with them, until she had to leave, but mostly, she had spent her time with Itachi. She had grown to love him. And he did the same. He trusted her, and told her his deepest secret. He was told to kill the Uchiha clan, by the Hokage himself. It was a mission that he could never return from. And his one and only wish, was to die by Sasuke's hand.

And he did. She was happy for him, but she missed him so much. And as the fire raged around her, the buildings destroyed and the screams of villagers consumed her, she smiled at the moon and whispered, "Happy birthday, my love.", leaving an empty 'I love you,' as she slipped into a never ending sleep.

Yes, A happy belated Birthday to my beloved Itachi-kun. God I love him! I'm so mad at Kishimoto for killing him off. Oh well, as long as Sasuke dies its all good! Pardon me Sasuke fans, but he sucks!!
