"Amy?"
I open my eyes widely and I see a white, serene beach. The salty water sprinkles at my feet; its crystalline reflections lay against my eyes. I look at myself and I see I have a white dress, my hair is long and flowing, and I am not alone.
"Amy, are you alright?"
I heard a voice whisper.
I focus myself on my surroundings and I see that I am standing up. I look to the heavens and I see its splendorous colors of red, orange, yellow, purple, blue, pink and white all mixed together. The heavens tell the glory of God… I think, and I decide to see who my companion is.
I see a crimson and black hedgehog staring at the horizon, like if he was waiting for my reply.
"I… I was just daydreaming, Shadow."
After I whispered, my lips quivered and I smiled. I totally went into a trance because of my happiness. I saw that Shadow was also dressed in white. I suddenly see a couple of friends, starting with Sonic, Sally, Knuckles, Tails, Rouge, and all the others. I see a tiger in front of me, apparently full of days and filled with love.
"…Amelia Rose, do you accept to take Shadow as your husband…"
The other words weren't clear for me, because the name Shadow and the word husband were enough for me.
I can't believe this…
I am so happy.
I love her.
She has been the love of my life.
She helped me through thick and thin.
She has helped me achieve success…
She has been there in my failures…
I don't deserve her.
The beach reflects her beauty perfectly.
The orange skies…
The navy blue ocean petting our feet…
The seagulls making melodies…
Everything describes her.
I was lost, and God brought me to her.
I love her so, so much.
And I cannot believe that we are here right now. I cannot believe we are about to embark in our journey together…
I don't know what I would do without her, because I already know what I was before Amy.
She is my soul mate, my other half.
But just as I am thinking of her, I see her with her eyes closed, lost in her own thoughts.
"Amy?" I whisper to her. She begins to look at herself and her surroundings, as if coming back from a long voyage.
"Amy, are you alright?"
"I… I was just daydreaming, Shadow."
She whispered back to me and smiled. I see her look at our friends and then back to me.
After the pastor's words, she says I do.
My heart flutters with incredible joy.
The pastor asks me the same…
"I do."
Yes, Amy, I do.
I do love you.
I do want to be with your forever.
With you, I am happy…
With you, I am complete.
Little idea. I've been inspired lately with the love theme~ I'm just getting to know this guy and well... xD
