Paying The Price

Clockwerk smirked, "Hmm, what do we have here?"

A claw was covering an entire body, a living being under the metal relentlessly squirmed, and struggled to get out, but to no avail. The enormous hand caged him from escaping, and the person gave a shudder of fear that crawled up his spine. His captor grinned at feeling the sign of weakness against his technology driven body, but didn't mention it. The old villain only savored the moment for a long while, breathing in the fear produced by his prisoner, and then he lifted his talon.

Expectedly, the raccoon teenager tried to scramble away, but the bird blocked him with his talon. Cooper tried to dart the other way, and the same result was evident. Then, the bird put both his talons together, capturing the young scared thief again, "You look so much like your father, Sly." He commented with a cold chuckle, "I wonder if that's a good reason to kill you in the same fashion as him."

The ringtailed criminal's ears flattened against his skull, "You have no right to mention my father, monster." His voice portrayed much hatred towards his long time rival, "Let me go right now, Clockwerk!" He demanded after building up some courage.

"Not yet, little coon." The owl chuckled softly, "I'd like to have some fun."

Sly gave a yelp as he was lifted midair by his tail, and began to mindlessly thrash trying to get out of the painful position, all the while making it much worse. Clockwerk gave a snort, and dropped the much smaller male on the ground with a slight thud sounding off, "Cooper, it'll do you no good to fight me." He warned.

"Give me back my cane, and let me out of here!" The headstrong teenager snarled, gritting his teeth together in an attempt to threaten the old beast.

The action only further amused Clockwerk, "How cute, your father made the same look before I sliced through his body with my talons…" He mused thoughtfully, before snatching up the raccoon, and shaking him violently, "Now please stop, your fueling my wants to murder you." The killer added with a snigger.

Shaking the much more fragile of the two's body proved to make him disoriented, and Sly simply was limp in the grasp, "Clockwerk…" He meekly coughed, "Stop…please…"

"Get on your knees, and beg Cooper." The bird requested letting the thief fall to the ground once more. Curling up in a ball for a moment in pain, the raccoon rebel slowly lifted himself up with agony spreading across his features.

Assuming the position of being on his knees, and holding out his hands in a begging fashion, the raccoon filled out the order, "Clockwerk, please let me go…please…?" He pleaded flattening his ears like before.

"This never looses luster for me, I hope you realize that." The bird chuckled in a metallic way, "Expect to see me soon, Cooper." He added before striking his rival in the head successfully knocking him unconscious.

A/N: I'm in the mood to write Clockwerk fictions, he is the ultimate villian after all.
