I could tell you that being a witch screwed up my life, made me a miserable old hag and that whenever I see a happy couple I turn them into toads.
Now, the last part would be kind of fun. But pretty much none of it is true. Though I've had my battles and inner turmoil over being a witch, a charmed one, I know that without it, I wouldn't have what I have now.
A husband who loves me more than the world itself.
Two sisters who I love and hate and love some more.
An older sister who guided me and will always be remembered.
And children who are the joy of my days.
So, if I had to choose, with all the heart ache and loss along for the ride, I'd do it all over again without hesitation.
And that...is the truth.
