Tigerkit stared into his mother's green eyes as she spoke to him,
"Honey, promise me, that whichever Clan you are in, you are its pride. You hear me?"
Tigerkit nodded his small dark tabby head. His mother smiled,
"Good," she licked back his fur, "Now get some rest."
