A/N: Hello Full Moon fans! This is CherryMelody's first Full Moon fanfic! I don't know where the idea for this story came from, but here it is! It is more manga based than anime based.

Mitsuki sat there, staring up at the sky that Eichi loved. Why had things ended up this way? Why was she still here, suffering without him? Couldn't Takuto just take her life and ende her suffering instead of making it worse by saying he loved her?

A part of her wanted to love him back. But the other part couldn't let Eichi go. Wouldn't let Eichi go. She knew he was waiting for her at the bottom of the ocean, waiting for her to come say "I love you."

The sound of the door sliding open startled her. She looked over to see Takuto, a small smile on his face. "I'm home," he said, and walked over to sit next to her bed.

"Hi," she said gently. She knew that he loved her, and she was causing him pain. Why couldn't she let go?

"I know that I can't replace Eichi," he whispered quietly, "and I know you can't let go of him either. But can't you at least love me? Can't you at least say you love me?" His voice was filled with pain.

"I love Eichi," she stated quietly. "He's waiting for me. And when you take my soul, he won't have to wait anymore."

"If Eichi is really the person you say he is, wouldn't he want you to be happy living?" She stood up before he pressed her against the wall. "He wouldn't care if I kissed you." He pressed his lips to hers before she turned her head away.

"I love Eicihi!" she screamed as the tears fell down her cheeks.

"He's dead!" he screamed back.

"So are you," she slid down the wall and pulled her knees to her chest. His heart stung at her words.

"Can you see Eichi?" he asked.

"When I close my eyes," she whispered.

"Can you see me?" She nodded. "Can you love me?" She shook her head.

"Be happy," she heard a voice whisper. It was Eichi's.

"The only way I can be happy is if I'm with Eichi," she whispered. He kneeled down and sat next to her. Is all she could cause him pain?

"The only way I can be happy is if you're happy," he whispered, knowing that the only way she would be happy is if she was dead. "So I guess we'll never be happy."

"What?" she said, her voice shocked.

"I won't let you die," he answered, grabbing a piece of her hair and putting it to his lips. "I love you."

"Love him," the voice said again. She closed her eyes and saw Eichi, smiling. If Eichi is happy, then I'm happy, she thought.

"Will you make me happy?" she asked uncertainly.

"Of course," he said.

"Then don't take my soul," she whispered. She pressed her lips to his.

"Good girl."
