Chapter 1
There I was, Blake Wade with Collins by my side and my Mum to my other. As the peacekeepers march down the street of ground 0. I can hear the rain and thunder of ground 1 and 2 and we knew that it was coming our way. Collins gets scared as she thinks that we're going to die, so we run inside and hide, peeking out of the attic window.
The thunder that we hear is actually the sound of the tanks coming in from the North . They are coming to capture us, to stop us from completing the race towards freedom.
The Peacekeepers jobs are to slow us down by building a barrier around ground 0, which could stop us from reaching our destination.
We have to beat the clock! We have 2 days to reach Mount Chase.
