Ok this is for all of you who didnt like the other first chapter to this
Destined
Chapter 1
"Come'n Ashlynn! Were gonna be late for work!" My brother Austyn screamed at me.
"I'm coming!" I shouted back at him not believing that my father Sodapop Curtis had scheduled us for work on the same day as our birthday, again. Its like this every year since we started working at the DX have the day off BEFORE our birthday and work late on the day OF our birthday.
It was twenty years after the origanal soc accidents were Johnny and Dally died but it is worse then before now. Three kids have gone home dead, bullets through the head and noone knows why it happenend or what they did to the socs to make them do this, Ive come close to going home dead but i got away with a bullet in the arm. I went home as fast as i could before the fuzz could get there, and when i got home Austyn looked about readdy to break down in tears, his blue gray eyes shinning in unshed tears. That was the worse day in my life, my father refused to remove it himself and i was forced to go to the hospital to get it removed where i became the center of attention, and i hate being the center of attention. I made the front page of being the only one to survive a getting shot that month and everyone at school was bugging me and was asking to sign the cast that the docters put on it to make sure i didn't go and do anything stupid.
"Ashlynn whaddya think your doing?" Austyn screammed as i almost walked into a telephone pole.
"Making ya mad!" I sceammed, pushing my long strawberry blonde hair out of my face. I laughed as Austyn went to run a hand through his blonde hair and he ended up getting hair grease all over his hand. "Hey Aust theres grease on your hand!" I screammed running in front of him and getting to the DX before he could kill me.
I ran into the DX and looked around noticing something was different but didn't look to figure it out. I went over to the garage to finish the car i was working on the other day and i noticed that wasnt there and knowing i would get screammed at for loosing a soc's car i went and got Austyn.
"Austyn some one stole that Soc's Mustang!"
"Your kidding me! Whos car was it?"
"I dunno some guy by the name of Randy," I said throwing my hands up in the air and lighting up a ciggarette.
"Hey! How did you guys get in here?"
