Edward sat there looking a little nervous. I was not in the mood with Tanya trying to take my Edward away. Wait! Did I just call him mine? Yeah I mean sure we would go along with the whole Edward's my boyfriend back off kind of thing, but now I wasn't so sure if I was acting anymore. Did I really have feelings for him? I think I do.

"Bella and I are mates." Edward said. Tanya looked at him and grinned. She's really pushing the button. "Look Tanya, Edward and I have been mates since I changed him. So please stop thinking any rude or unnecessary thoughts." I said giving her a look. Tanya smirked and walked into the kitchen to talk to Carmen. I looked at Edward and saw that he was still enduring her thoughts. "I'm sorry." I whispered into his ear. He turned his head and gave me a crooked smile. I loved that look. It was always a reassurance look, but I can't help but feel sorry for him. I mean I wish there was a way that I would be the one reading minds, so he could be the one at peace.

I turned on the TV and saw that nothing good was on, so I turned it off and just sat there looking around at the different insects, and plants that live in a more Tundra climate, and not a sunny with cold climate. Edward asked me a question while I was off daydreaming. "Huh?" I asked. "Bella do you want to hunt?" Edward asked. "Sure." I said that as we walked together holding hands and we both jumped at the same time. We ran through the snow-covered forest making sure that no humans were around. We saw a white leopard (I can't remember if they live in Alaska) with its mate. I went to the left as Edward went to the right. I lunged at my prey and drank the delicious blood. Edward had finished his the same time as I finished mine. We found some penguins and were full after killing two each. We then proceeded back to Carmen's house.

As we walked in, we heard arguing. "How do you know if their even really together?" Tanya asked. "They have been together since Edward was created." Carlisle defended. "Yeah I'm sure. Their probably only acting because the humans were trying to separate them." Tanya lashed back. I stopped and stood still. I turned and saw Edward glaring daggers at Tanya. Apparently, she was thinking something that Edward didn't like. "Bella's way better than you." Edward snarled under his breathe. I looked at him shocked. I turned my attention back to Tanya and Carlisle. The next thing I knew was I fell to the ground with someone on top of me. Tanya! I noticed was trying to kill me. Therefore, I punched and kicked her off of me and got up and Tanya was going to knock me down when Edward got into a defense crouch and snarled the meanest snarl at her that I ever heard. Tanya was in a crouch as well. I stared at them for a whole minute before Edward inched closer and growled fiercely at her. Tanya backed up and glared at me. Great I've made an enemy.

For the rest of the day Edward and I stayed away from Tanya. Garret thought that the whole thing was funny. Kate on the other hand was mad at Tanya. She told us that Tanya was a boy snatcher, and that I should keep Edward on a leash. I laughed at that part.
