Chapter 1: The conclave
As the young elf followed the other mages, he was slightly frightend, what would happen if this didn't work? What if directly in the middle of negotiations the templars began fighting with the mages? " No," he thought, " can't think like that, or else it might happen." But, one question remained for him, why would the keeper send him to the conclave as a spy, he was only 14 but gifted in magic, " because i am the keeper's first," he thought. All of the sudden, an explosion happened, his name was jake, and this is how he began changing the world.
After he began coming to, he started running toward the building that used to be the temple of sacred ashes. He reached the top, and saw a woman, he then began to hear hissing, so he began to climb faster, the woman reached toward him to help, he reached back to get away, and once again went unconscious.
Another woman has appeared in front of him, " who is this, i wonder?" he thought, the woman put on an angry face, and walked towards him, as if expecting him to cower, " Tell me why we shouldn't kill you now," she said, more a command then a question. Jake just chose to remain silent, " Explain this!" She said, I looked at the mark on my hand glowing green, " I-I Can't," He said back, "What do you mean you Can't!" She said," I don't know what that is, or how it got there!" He said, She then lunged at me, trying to choke me, " We need him, Cassandra." Another woman said. He thought for a minute, and realized that the conclave was destroyed, and almost everyone died, " all those people, Are dead?" He said sorrowly. " What do you remember?" The other woman said. " Things were chasing me, Then a woman?" He said questioning his own memory. " A woman?" The woman restated, " Go to the forward camp leliana, I will take him to the breach." Cassandra said. as she was about to leave, " Wait!" I yelled, " Leliana?" The woman nodded for confirmation, " yes, I am leliana, What of it?" She asked, " You're the leliana that was with the hero of fereldan correct?" she nodded once more," He was my brother, Do you know where he is now?" i asked, she bit her lip, and shook her no.
