(First crossover, so please give me feedback. I like Charlie Bone and I like Percy Jackson, so I smushed them together. Also there are spoilers to the end of Charlie Bone and Trials of Apollo, so read at your own risk.)
Percy happily slammed the door of the Jackson-Blofis apartment shut. Another day of school over, a great dinner with Annabeth, and now finally he could relax at home with his baby sister until his mom and Paul got back from their date. Sally's book had sold wonderfully, so Percy enthusiastically encouraged them going out to eat at one of the most expensive and nicest restaurants in New York. They deserved it.
He grabbed a blue cookie out of the freezer and went to check on Baby Blofis. Technically, his sister had no name, because Sally and Paul were the type of cool parents who would let their child choose their name when they were old enough (Percy had kindly stuck Looking for Alaska in their bookshelf to give them the idea, because he knew the poor child would be stuck with some nerdy English name had his parents had their way). For now, his sister was tentatively known as Baby Blofis.
He peered into her crib, and almost dropped his cookie. Baby was hovering. Her body was nearly five inches away from the bottom of the crib, and she was giggling like she'd planned the gravity defying move. He quickly put his arms under her, and deciding he couldn't trust his sister, he kept her in his arms as he quickly dialed Annabeth.
"Annabeth, we have a problem."
