Story: 'The Adventures of LokiClan' focuses on Loki and his cats' adventures through the Multiverse, crossing through various Dimensions while AU'ing the later-half of the MCU. This story has no set end-point, and suggestions for what the group get up to are always welcome. Besides Loki and the cats, Gabriel (from Supernatural) later stays with the Clan, and Q (from Star Trek: TNG) and The Doctor (mostly the 11th, from Doctor Who) are often mentioned and can be spotted in various adventures.

Note: This story is being written by one of my real life friends, going by the username Phantomthestral. It will be updated once a week, on either Wednesdays or Fridays. There will occasionally be more or less updates, depending on how busy she is.
Chapters average between 1k and 2k words.
Notes by me are in bold A/N's; notes from the author are in italics.

Fandoms: 'The Adventures of LokiClan' is based mostly in the MCU, focused on Loki, with elements of the series 'Warriors' by Erin Hunter. It is not necessary for you to have read or be familiar with 'Warriors' in order to read and enjoy this story; all you really need to know is that 'Warriors' revolves around cats, and so all the non-canon characters in this story are, in fact, cats.
Due to the mythology of the LokiClan'verse, explained at the end of this note, this story contains multiple Fandoms - including but not limited to:
Avengers/MCU (Guardians of the Galaxy included)
Doctor Who
Star Trek
Sherlock
Harry Potter
Supernatural
Percy Jackson
The Hobbit

Rating: This story is rated 'T' for some action/adventure, humor, a few scattered swear words, BAMF!Loki, slight AU, and a scattering of feline OC's.

The Verse: The LokiClan'verse is based in a version of Yggdrasil, as a nod to Asgards way of thinking, and is explained below. Multiple Dimensions become a focus later on in the story, and there will be clarifications at those points as a reminder of how things work in this Verse.

Yggdrasil: How it Works
~Yggdrasil~
Yggdrasil is the World Tree.
[Dimensional-Yggdrasils, like the one existing in the MCU, are microscopic versions of the True Yggdrasil - distinguishable by the fact that the True Yggdrasil holds all Dimensions inside of it, while Dimensional-Yggdrasils exist inside various Dimensions.
Midgard is in the Trunk (the Human Realm); Helheim is in the Roots (Realm of the Dead); Asgard (Realm of the Gods) is at the Crown; Jotunheim (Realm of the Frost Giants), Muspelheim (Realm of the Fire Demons), Alfheim (Realm of the Light Elves), Svartalfheim (Realm of the Dark Elves), Vanaheim (Realm of the Vanir) and Nidavellir (Realm of the Dwarves) are in the Branches.
Each Realm of the MCU'verse is named after their main planet, but also includes an entire galaxy, with a variety of Solar systems.]
~True Yggdrasil~
A massive Tree, Yggdrasil is the only thing in the Void.
The Core is in the center, with the Dimensions acting as age-rings. The Chaos Realms take the Branches and the Realms of Death are in the Roots.
~The Core~
Is the center of Yggdrasil; the First Earth (our Earth). The Core is what keeps Yggdrasil alive; as books are written and movies and TV shows made, more and more Dimensions are born. The Core is so protected that only Chaos and Death can enter; not even the Guardians can go there.
~Dimensions~
For every book and movie, there is a Dimension that exists. Each Dimension is separated from the other by the Veils, which were woven and are repaired by Death and Chaos. Some Guardians also help keep the Veil whole.
The Heart: the Heart is what the First Reality (along with the Mirror and Deviant Realities) is called for each Dimension. It is the 'blue-print' for that Dimension, and protected by a smaller Veil from its Alternates and Planes to protect it from tampering.
First Reality: is the original timeline/events, as they were created. Every book/movie/TV show in the Core becomes the First Reality of each Dimension.
Mirror Reality: is when a First Reality is divided in two, as a result from a book being made into a movie series or vise versa.
Deviant Reality: are very rare; in Deviant realities, the First Reality deviates from what was created in the Core. For instance, the MCU (as LokiClan is nowhere to be found in the Core movies)
Alternate Realites: these are skewed versions of the First Reality.
Planes: the result of 'FanFiction' these are incredibly varied. They are based on the First Reality of that Dimension, but past that they are very different. 'Crossovers', 'AU's, any number of possibilities exist within the Planes. The Planes are also a play-ground for Guardians, Chaos, and Death; since there are an infinite number, any of these can play out as many different timelines as they like.
**Dimensions are sometimes referred to as different Universes.
**When a group of related Dimensions-for instance, all 'Marvel' Dimensions'-are situated right next to each other, it is referred to as a 'Cluster'.
**No one can interfere with the Timeline of the First/Mirror Realities until it has finished playing out. After (sometimes, before) all the pre-destined events have played out, the First Reality can be entered. However, most avoid doing this (unless it is their home Dimension) just in case more 'books' or 'movies' end up extending the main Timeline. Deviant Realities are a bit more fluid.

~Death~
Death, who frequents the 'Supernatural' Dimension, is the oldest being of Yggdrasil, brought into being by the Tree herself to keep balance. He has managed to do so, though his brother-in-arms was only recently born into a body. Chaos, Loki, represents life. The two of them are truly immortal, and they will exist forever. Death is the only one Loki can not end, and Death cannot end Chaos.
Death rules over all the minor gods of death and their various kingdoms; they act as his agents throughout the Dimensions.
The Roots of Yggdrasil are his personal domain, called the Realms of Death.

~Chaos~
Chaos was born at the same instant as Death; they are as old as Yggdrasil itself.
Chaos remained in his natural state for countless eons before finally taking physical form; he became the one and only Loki. Since as Chaos he was sentient but not truly living, more a force of nature than a person, Chaos considers his name to be Loki and only intends to live one physical life. Considering the fact that his body as Loki is immortal, this essentially means he will be Loki forever. Chaos cannot access all of his powers until he re-absorbs all of the Infinity Stones, which were his to begin with. He and Death were the ones to weave the Veils between Dimensions, and their Realities and Planes. They keep Yggdrasil in balance.
Using the title 'Mage of Yggdrasil', Loki is often the one to manage the Guardians and Wardens.
The cats of LokiClan are his agents of Chaos.
The Branches of Yggdrasil are his domain with the Chaos Realms.

~Guardians~
Guardians are beings born in their First Reality with the inate knowledge of Yggdrasil. They tend to be more powerful creatures; like the Q or Time Lords. Unlike most every other being, there is only one 'copy' of them in existence; if they were to visit their Alternates or their Planes, there would be no version of them unless they chose to play it. This keeps there from being too many Guardians. Guardians are capable of traveling to any of the Dimensions (though, they cannot enter First Realities unless its Timeline has played out), but not the Core, Branches, or Roots (unless invited).
Guardians usually stay in their First Reality until they are 'killed' there; Guardians are powerful enough that they wouldn't actually die, but rather be locked out from their First until that Timeline has finished playing out, at which point they can return. Guardians often spend time in the Planes of their Dimension to keep from getting too homesick.
Known Guardians:
All of LokiClan, through Loki.
The Archangel Gabriel. He used Loki's identity in his First Reality until his 'death'.
Q, of the Q Continuum.
The Doctor, a Time Lord from Gallefry.

~Wardens~
Wardens are people born in various First Realities who discover Yggdrasil. Once they discover the truth, they are charged to protect their Reality. Much like Guardians, they stay in their First until they die-unlike Guardians, they cannot return to their First and can only travel so far as the Alternates (and more rarely) their Planes. They cannot leave their own Dimension, no matter how powerful. Death or Chaos will occasional 'Ascend' a Warden into a Guardian, but it is so rare that few know about it.
Also, unlike Guardians, their Alternates and Planes do have versions of them. The more powerful Wardens can 'absorb' their copies (including their power, memories, abilities) - this is able to happen because the people from the First Realities are the originals.
Known Wardens:
Dean and Sam Winchester, as well as Castiel, Angel of the Lord.
Queen Frigga, Ascended by Loki.
Captain James T. Kirk (He was exposed after his trip through the Nexus)
Gandalf (When he became Gandalf the White, he learned the truth)
Dionysus, greek god of wine and madness (of the Percy Jackson verse)
All of the gods of Death, as they are agents of Death throughout Yggdrasil.
