The room is filled with the sounds of heavy breathing as the boys kiss. The older one leans close to the younger boy's ear, his lips nearly touching the sensitive skin. "Kurt?" he whispers.

"Yes?" The younger boy is reluctant to pull away; from the flush of his cheeks, it is evident he would rather not talk.

"I think I love you."

Kurt's beautiful blue-green eyes widen, and his cheeks redden even more. "Blaine…I love you, too," he murmurs.

Blaine pulls the younger boy to him for another sweet kiss, stroking Kurt's cheek with his long, nimble fingers. "I've never said that before," Blaine muses as he kisses Kurt's jaw. "It feels good to say it to you."

Kurt shushes Blaine, wanting more kisses. The older boy laughs at Kurt's childlike impatience, happy to give in and kiss him. He nuzzles Kurt's neck, eliciting a breathy giggle from the blue-eyed boy. "That tickles," Kurt gasps. "Just kiss me already, Blaine."

"Well, somebody's impatient. What would you do if I didn't kiss you?"

"Blaine," Kurt complains. "I've been waiting all day for you to kiss me. Please?" He looks up at the older boy, pleading with him. "I love you."

Blaine finally complies, kissing the younger boy with a fervor that surprises even him. Kurt shudders beneath him, the intensity of their kiss overwhelming him. "Oh God, Blaine. I love you so much."

"I love you too, Kurt. I love you too." Blaine moves from hovering over Kurt to lying next to him, stroking the younger boy's silky hair. "I never imagined I could love someone as much as I love you," he whispers. He scoots down on the bed, tucking his head into the hollow of Kurt's neck.

"Don't leave me, okay, Blaine? I don't know what I'd do."

"I promise I will never leave you." Blaine presses his lips to the spot where Kurt's collarbones meet as Kurt pulls the blankets up over them. The boys drift into slumber, Kurt's slender arms wrapped around Blaine. Just before he succumbs to sleep, Blaine whispers, "I'll never betray you."
