There are worse things I could do

To the tune of same title from 'Grease.' I think it's quite funny but then I wrote it let me know what you think!

Hermione's version of Rizzo's 'THERE ARE WORSE THINGS I COULD DO' from 'Grease' although it has the opposite message of the original. Probably inspired 'cos we've just done 'Grease' as school production. However I don't own 'Grease' or HP, I can tell this by the fact I am poor.

There are worse things I could do,

Than memorize a book or two,

Even though Parvati's lot,

Think I'm geeky and a swot,

But there are worse things I could do...

I could use my skills to harm,

Be it potion, be charm,

Could jinx those who call me 'boff'

And refuse to take it off,

I could really make them blue,

That's a thing I wouldn't do

I could drop homework every night,

Choose what's fun over what's right.

Have more chums, but make Profs. scowl

And then fail all my owls,

For some 'friends' who won't be true,

That's a thing I'd never do.

I could cheat in a big test,

To make sure my grades are best.

"To her its as easy as pie,"

Well, actually I have to try,

In fact I'll bet you never knew,

Because to fail in front of you,

That's the worst thing I could do.
