NOTE: this is told in Sasuke's POV. This poem was written by me for a story I'm writing. In the story, Naruto lives with his guardian: Orochimaru. Orochimaru is a bstard and beats him. He also hurts him in other ways, but you'll know those if I post the story. Anyways, Sasuke is talking about Naruto's situation with the stupid "snake." ENJOY!!!!! P.S. "when you take my name," means marriage... in case you didn't know.
Rescue
I've seen the pain he causes you; my heart just cannot bear it.
I've seen the pain he causes you, your fake smile and how you wear it.
I've seen all the bruises he gives to your skin.
I've seen all the bruises you don't like to mention.
The way that he treats you just drives me insane.
He'll regret how he treats you when you take my name.
Just give me permission and his rotten life I'll end
For hurting you the way he does, when I'm through, he won't mend.
Although he hurts you deeply, both your body and your heart,
You will not let me kill him (just so you know it will be hard).
That's what I love about your heart, the gold always shines through.
