Weekends in Spain were always Tino's favorite part of the month. Even though they were dating, it wasn't possible to live together just yet, due to the fact that they couldn't leave their countries for long periods of time. Later, maybe, once they sorted out a schedule, but for now, they had to make do.

A long weekend once a month was never enough, but they took what they could get. Tino rationed out his personal days to make trips to Spain, though Antonio's trips to Finland were rare. He couldn't afford the plane fare as often, but the Finn didn't mind. As long as he could see his boyfriend, he didn't care. Skype was a wonderful invention.

After a day of walking around Madrid, they found themselves back at Toni's, sitting together on the couch to watch a movie. Well, Toni was sitting. Tino, on the other hand, was lying out on the couch, head in Antonio's lap as the Spaniard combed his fingers through Tino's fine blonde hair. It was heaven, moments like this. No meetings, no economic trouble, no Finland, no Spain. Just soft words, softer kisses, gentle smiles. Just Tino and Toni.

It will be another month before this happens again, and he mentally chides himself for even thinking of it. But it's the moments like these that keep Tino moving, keep him going; because in a month, he'll be right back here, in the arms of the man that he loves.
