Cookie Affection

Axel was wondering around The Castle That Never Was in a distressed manor. He had just come back from a two-day mission but felt restless...why? It was because of Demyx. The Water Wielder was finishing up a mission he had left. He felt bad for not being able to finish it and having to give it to Demyx. He would have to make it up to Demyx...somehow, but Axel didn't know what. What did Demyx like the most? What would he really want, make him happiest?

After a while of pondering (scary right?) he finally got an idea. Axel pounded his fist into his hand. " I got it! " Then Axel ran off

Later Demyx came with Xigbar, both very worn out. Xigbar has come along with Demyx incase it got too much, which it did.

" Dude, that was awful. No wonder Axel couldn't finish the mission himself. "

" Ya really…" Demyx said as he ran his hand through his sweat filled hair. " Yuck. You know, Axel was gone for two days fighting those things. We fought a hell load in three hours, image how much Axel fought in two days." Xigbar shook his head

" I'd rather not, dude. I have enough stress al-"

" Do you smell that? " Demyx interrupted; Xigbar sniffed the air.

" Yea…what is it? Xaldin is cooking something maybe?" Demyx shrugged

" I dunno but I'm pretty hungry, c'mon lets go see. "

Xigbar and Demyx followed the unknown smell down to the kitchen. Demyx opened the door and saw the site before him.

Axel was standing in front of a counter, with a frilly pink apron on while white flower was covering almost every inch of his hair; it also had what looked like dough in it. He has a rolling pin in his hand and a bag of flower in another and was currently beating the heck out the dough with the pin.

Demyx and Xigbar burst out laughing, at this Axel jumped in surprise. As soon as he realized Demyx was standing there Axel's face turned as red as his hair.

" W-what are you doing here?! "

"We - hehe - got hahahahaha!! " Demyx erupted into another fit of laughter, as did Xigbar. Axel set down the bag of flower too harshly making it puff white power into his hair. And of course it made Demyx and Xigbar laugh even harder.

" Oh shut up already!! " Axel yelled and crossed his arms; his face was beat red now. Demyx's laugh died down into a giggle then he just smiled but still holding back laughter. Xigbar had left because he was laughing so hard.

" So…" Demyx started " Just what were you trying to do anyway? " Axel sighed

" I was trying to bake you cookies…I felt bad for leaving you with that mess of a mission I left. " Axel paused as his face turned to a light blush " So I wanted to make it up to you with something that made you happiest. " Demyx giggled and walked up to Axel.

"Oh Axel. You didn't have to bake me cookies to make me the happiest…" Demyx cuddled up to Axel " I have you."
