Mixed up world
"InuYasha! Sit boy!" Kagome Higurashi yelled as InuYasha slammed into the ground. Kagome hopped on her bike and rode off. "Hey wench! Where're ya going!" InuYasha managed to say as he lifted his head of the ground. "I'm going HOME!" Kagome shouted.
"Yuki? Kyo? I hope you two aren't destroying the house!" Shigure Sohma yelled as he walked into his home.
"Shigure! Hi!" Tohru Honda said as she walked out of the kitchen.
"Yuki's at his secret base and Kyou is on the roof," Tohru said.
"But dinner is almost done," she added, stepping back into the kitchen.
"Ichigo! Ichigo! ICHIGO!" Ichigo Momomiya snapped back to reality as Ryou called out her name. "Get back to work!"
It was a late Sunday afternoon.
"Yeah, Ichigo. You need to be more responsible. Like me," Mint stated.
"Oh yeah. How can you call your self responsible when all you do is sit on your butt all day!" Ichigo said furiously.
"Just ignore her, Ichigo," Lettuce said walking through the swinging doors that lead to the dining area of Café Mew Mew.
"Usagi-chan?" Mako-chan said, turning toward her friend.
"Huh?" Usagi-chan looked at Mako-chan.
"How are things going with Momaru-kun?"
"Fine. How about you and Motoki?"
"Things are good."
They walked in silence.
Kagome jumped into the well. 'I can't stand him!' she thought.
'He only cares about his stomach! And Kikyou!'
The thought of InuYasha and Kikyou together made Kagome even more upset.
Flash Back
InuYasha was sitting on a blanket with Kikyou.
Out of nowhere, InuYasha pulls out a picnic basket, piled up with ramen.
End of Flash Back
Kagome jumped out of the well and ran into her house to greet her parents.
Yuki walked into the house.
"Oh. Hello, Miss Honda. What's for dinner?"
"Stew. I'll go get Kyo."
"Okay."
Tohru walked outside and up the ladder that lay against the house.
"Kyo?" she asked as she got to the top of the ladder.
"What do you want?" he said.
"Umm… dinner's ready."
"Ichigo, take this to table twelve," Ryou said, as he handed her a strawberry shortcake.
"Ok." Ichigo took the plate and walked into the main dinning area.
Lettuce walked over to Mint.
"Why are you so mean?" she asked Mint.
Mint sipped her tea. "'Cause that's the way I am."
Lettuce rolled her eyes.
Makoto walked along side Usagi.
Usagi coughs.
Makoto checks her watch.
Rain falls.
"It's raining," Usagi said.
Makoto nods.
Silence.
End
