Veronica sat in the lounge chair in Lilly's backyard. Her killer was in jail, and Lilly had to leave her. But somehow, Veronica just knew their friendship would never end. Veronica loved Lilly, and Lilly loved Veronica.
"Veronica, I want you to promise me something?"
"Anything for you, Lilly. Anything." I replied
"I want you to live your life to the fullest. Don't wallow in my death. You know that we all don't live forever. God obviously wanted me up there for a reason. I'm going to miss you. But just because my life ended, doesn't mean you have to end yours. Don't close people out V. But let them in. Obviously there won't be any one like me! But it'll be a close run." Lilly said.
"Lilly, don't go! Come back! Make everything go away! I. Need. You! We all do!" I cried.
"Veronica! You don't need me to live your life. You have to do it for yourself! I'm going to go know. I'll watch over you, come to you in your dreams. I'll give you guidance. Oh, and V? Let Logan in. He loves you. You know that you do to. Don't go back to Duncan. Don't live in the past, But look into the future!" Lilly cried out too.
"I will never forget you, Lilly! I love you!"
"I'll always be watching you Veronica Mars! But you know something? I love you ten times more!" and with that her smile faded, Then it was her legs, then her arms, then the rest of her body was gone. I can never forget Lilly. How can you forget the one person that understood you the most? The one that hugged you when you cried, laughed at your corny jokes, or even loved you like a sister? I could never forget the one person that taught me how to live my life, when she wasn't there to do it for me!
"Not possible…" I whispered back.
