PokeToons meets Baldi's Basics

A new law has been passed through out the Sinnoh reigon. The new law states that all trainers must obtain a trainer's license, to be able to continue their journey. To get that license, they must go to pokemon school, complete a semester, and take a test.If they pass, they graduate as trainers. Sounds simple right? Well, it is... until one day, Ash leaves his notebooks at school...
