FADE IN:

LAKE – NIGHT

We establish the shot underneath the murky depths of water as the credits roll.

In the bottom left, the words "June 13th 1980"

EXT. WOODS – CONTINUED

The shot moves to a sign hanging loosely from the rickety porch, creaking softly in the pouring rain. "WELCOME TO CAMP CRYSTAL LAKE."

EXT. VOORHEES HOME – NIGHT

The night is dark and you can just see the moonlight as it reflects onto the lake. Rain is pouring down heavily from the sky. A female figure is seen running out of the Voorhees Home screaming.

A pair of old trainers enter the frame; the camera goes up the figure's body to reveal Pamela Voorhees standing there with a Machete.

MRS VOORHEES

(In a High pitched voice) Kill her mommy...kill her.

(Back to regular voice) Don't worry Jason, I will.

EXT. WOODS – NIGHT

The female counsellor runs through the woods desperate to get out of the area. The Camera zooms into her name tag which reads 'ALICE.' Alice stops running and looks behind her breathing heavily; she is stuck of which direction to run. She walks a couple of steps backwards.

ALICE

(Quietly to herself) Someone help me.

A crack is heard from another direction. Alice gives a small gasp and then continues to run forward.

EXT. SOUTH SIDE OF LAKE – NIGHT

Alice see's a small boat from distance and runs to it. Mrs Voorhees jumps out and smacks the back of her with a piece of wood. Alice falls onto the floor crying, but still trying to get to the boat. As she manages to get back up to her feet, she turns around. Mrs Voorhees isn't there. Alice gives a gasp and runs to the boat.

POV. ALICE – LOOKING AT THE BOAT.

Alice is pulling the boat out ready to get onto it. She then see's a shadow coming behind her with a Machete. Mrs Voorhees drops the Machete.

NO LONGER ALICE'S POV.

Alice quickly moves to the left as Mrs Voorhees swings the Machete down and misses since Alice moved. Alice moves backwards.

MRS VOORHEES

There's no use trying to get away, that's what some of your friends tried to do. And look what happened to them.

ALICE

Please, please don't do this.

Mrs Voorhees picks up the Machete as Alice keeps her eye on the Machete.

MRS VOORHEES

It'll be easier for you then it was for Jason. You let him drown,

ALICE

Please don't, I didn't do anything, please.

MRS VOORHEES

He was my son, my only son. YOU SHOULD OF BEEN WATCHING HIM

ALICE

(In tears) I didn't do anything

MRS VOORHEES

EVERY SECOND!

Mrs Voorhees swings the Machete and Alice manages to duck out of the way. Mrs Voorhees falls to the floor dropping the Machete. Alice quickly grabs the Machete. Mrs Voorhees gets to her feet and turns around.

ALICE

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!

Screaming, Alice goes in for the kill and slices Mrs Voorhees head off with the Machete. Blood is seen coming upwards from Mrs Voorhees's body. Her head is seen flying into the air and then falls onto the ground. Alice drops the Machete and bursts into tears.

POV – YOUNG JASON – LOOKING AT ALICE FROM FAR DISTANCE IN WOODS.

POV – YOUNG JASON – LOOKING DOWN AT A LOCKET HIS MUM WITH A PICTURE OF HIS MUM.

MRS VOORHEES (V.O)

Jason...my special, special boy. Your on your own now Jason, but you have so much to do. They must be punished Jason, for what they did to you, for what they did to me. Kill for mother...kill for mother.
