1"Now it's time to chase the dream with hand granade's and gasoline."
Walking through the hallways at school im beginning to notice that a smile cant really hide all that much. I mean there's such a mix of happy and sad people. And today Logan was sad. It makes you wonder what's wrong with them. And how you think that there are certain people in this world who have no problems but in reality they have the biggest ones. It makes you wonder who's heartbroken, and who's doing the heart breaking and how they can handle exams on top of that. Who had a fight with their parents or if they even have parents. Its all depends. We all have a different story to tell. But we don't always tell it because that would make us different, and that's the last thing we want. We all want to fit in. But sometimes when you do tell the story you end up in better conditions than you started out with.
"My insides are copper and I'd kill to have them gold."
That's exactly how Logan felt. He felt as if he had a heart and it was beating, but not right. Like a song that was off key and out of tune. It was missing something. He was missing something. He didn't know quite what it was. But he needed to find out soon. He wanted to feel like he did when he was younger. Infinite wasn't exactly the right word but it worked. Like nothing could stop you. Like you were never going to die. But now when you stop to think about it you only got a few summers left to really be a kid. But what's there to do? I mean you can't jump on the bed anymore.
Logan's POV
I feel like im driving but im asleep at the wheel. Logan silently thought to himself.
