'BEEP BEEP BEEP'

Naruto Uzumaki hit the alarm clock and turned his head to see that it was 6:30 in the morning.

Ughhhhhh, why so early?! I mean I know it's my first day at my new school but still.

Naruto, as of today, would start at his new school, Konoha High School. He had moved here from Tokyo High School along with his cousin Karin and her mother. Karin's mother had gotten a really good job and took it.

He had been living with Karin and her mother for as long as he could remember. His mom had died when he was about 5 years old due to a deadly disease that they couldn't cure. His father, due to the depression of his wife dying, had shot himself in the
/head.

Karin and her mother were the only people he had left. He never really had any friends he could count on either so that really didn't help him. Most people tended to stay away from him because he got in trouble, fought and stole. He really hoped to make
/a good first impression today.

Naruto sat up in his bed and stretched. He climbed out of bed and went over to his dresser and picked out some clothes. He chose a plain black shirt with a purple swirl on the back and some dark blue ripped jeans. And to top that off he picked out a black
/bandana.

He quickly got dressed, brushed his teeth, and headed downstairs to eat breakfast. Downstairs he saw his aunt and his cousin eating breakfast around the table set up near the kitchen.

"Good morning Naruto!" his aunt chirped, getting up to put her bowl of cereal in the sink.

"Good morning. Good morning Karin." Naruto said as he walked into the kitchen and headed over to the pantry to get the cereal.

"Morning dobe." Karin replied, smiling ever so slightly.

"What did you just call me?" Naruto asked, pouring his bowl of cereal and sitting down at table.

"Dude. I called you dude." Karin answered, on the verge of laughing.

Naruto nodded, his mouth full of food. Karin got up from the table and walked over to the sink and put her bowl in it.

She looked over by the stove to check the clock and saw that it was 7:03.

"Well, I'm going to head out now. I'll see you later mom," Karin told her mom as she walked over to her and gave her a kiss on the cheek. "Don't have too much fun without me."

"I won't sweetie. You take care of yourself now, you got that? I love you." her mom said, a huge grin on her face.

"I love you too mom. I'll take of myself,I promise." Karin chuckled and walked over to the table to pick up her bag.

She walked over to the table and picked up her back and turned around but not before pointing at Naruto.

"Alright, listen you. We both had better shape up tiday. You hear me?" Karin stated firmly as she looked at Naruto. "We both have to make good impressions today, okay?"

"Yeah, yeah. I got it." Naruto said as he ate his cereal. "I'll be sure to not get into any fights. That sound like what you wanted to hear?"

"Yes, it is actually," Karin replied, still glaring at Naruto. "Don't be late either!"

And with that, Karin walked out the door.
