Once upon a time there was a boy named Dave.
He met an alien boy named Karkat.
It was love at first sight, but they didn't know the other felt that way.
One day, Karkat asked Dave if he wanted to hang out and watch a movie.
Dave quickly agreed, sounding a bit more excited than he had meant to.
They lounged on a blanket while the movie played.
Neither of them payed much attention to it.
Dave nudged Karkat and Karkat nudged him back.
Dave put his hand on top of Karkat's.
They each looked at the other at the same time.
They smiled and leaned foreward, lips making contact in what they felt was an electrifying moment.
And thus, the two knights opened themselves to the one person they felt they could really trust.
