The Thief And The Guard:
" I DID NOTHING!" I exclaimed as I continued running away from two strangers carrying long, sharp swords. Now you may be wondering why I'm running away from a couple of lunatics carrying weapons.. Well, lets just say I 'borrowed' something from them. Looks like they trapped me in an alley way..Shit.." Well,well what do we have here?" Says a short girl with two long, teal colored pigtails.
She's wearing a black hoodie that has a bright neon blue trim around the rim of the hood and the ends of her sleeves along with a pair of dark armor-like pants.. "I think we found the thief." A voice bellows from one of the rooftops behind me. oh man, how am I gonna get out of this.." Oh no the guard dogs found me! I'm so scared." I say sarcastically, my face still hidden under the hood of my black cloak that has a gold trim." Kaito, let me take care of this petty thief..You go tell the castle's people and council that they have nothing to worry about." The teal haired girl ordered in a commanding tone. I'm guessing she's important. Top guard perhaps? How much money would I get for her if I just snagged her now? My thoughts were interrupted by a surprisingly cheerful voice. " Okay, see ya sis! " I'm assuming that voice was ' Kaito ' but before I could get a good look at him he dashed off, jumping across rooftops.
From what I could see he was wearing something white.. It was hard to tell though. My thoughts are interrupted once again by the teal haired girl." You know, it isn't very smart to rob from the richest kingdom in all the lands.." I look at her, still hiding my face as I say in a monotone." Yeah it is."
Why am I talking to this guard?! I should be running for my fucking life!" Why hide you face?" She abruptly questions me."Well I'm not hiding my face,you can see my mouth can't you?" I say with a cocky smirk while taking a step back, ready to get out of this damned alley. " True but-"
She says as she suddenly disappears and is now behind me." I want to see what your whole face looks like." I turned around and glanced at her before realizing that I'm close to see her bright teal eyes shimmering in the moonlight." You can either show me your face or go to the gallows for stealing from my kingdom." Is she trying to make a deal with me? Hm.. Okay then, I guess I'll play along with it..I slip the black hood off my head to reveal my long, silky pink hair. "Your eyes are so beautiful.." I overhear her murmur to herself as she let's her once firm guard down. Okay.. I've successfully and unintentionally distracted her! Time to make a run for it! I swiftly jump on an old nearby box that was in the alleyway then climb up part of a broken building. I look at the seemingly shocked tealette before tossing her a small leather bag full of the stolen jewels, only to disappear into the cold moonlit night..
