This is for my friend, Joshua. Its a one shot. I know I'm in the middle of another story, but I came up with this idea and I thought it was just too cute. So, for Josh! Please R&R. I know this is extremely short. But.. tee hee!
Sasori's Quest
"No one is getting the picture. No one understands. Just because we live in a huge ass cave with walls adorned with everything imaginable and even though Kakuzu is bonkers for money; we have no food. I'm always hungry. Deidara is always cooking. I can smell his infamous pot roast to the next village over, which (mind you) is a very long way off. Somehow, the food is always gone when I get there and its not fair!
Like one time, Deidara cooked pancakes. There were six plates stacked high on the table. I thought that by the time I adorned my self with my ninja outfit (meaning the puppets), everyone would be cleared out and I could eat all of the left overs. When I went back to the table, guess what? There was nothing there! It was gone. So, I didn't get any pancakes!
Another time, Deidara fixed cupcakes. Oh, ya know.. those really good one that Pein goes crazy over. After Deidara got done icing them, I reached for one, but all of a sudden I was attacked by the mongrel, Tobi, and before I could blink twice, they were all gone.
Do you remember last Christmas when we had fried chicken on Christmas Eve and a huge ham on Christmas day? Remember? I didn't get any of that! I didn't get any peas, or beans, or stuffing, or cookies, or a piece of cake or anything else!
On my birthday, Deidara made a huge four layer cake with fudge icing. I didn't get any of that. It being made for me on my birthday made the situation worse! Oooh. Woe is me.
I just don't know what to do about this. I'm going to starve to death! Starve! I've not eaten ramen in so long I think I forgot what it tastes like. Zetzu, what am I going to do? I don't want to die!"
Zetzu rolled his eyes and tossed him a bottle of oil. "You don't have a stomach. Its impossible to eat. You're wood!"
"....Oh. I knew that."
