Second Chances
The gang sat at the back of the classroom during home period waiting for the teacher to come and start class. Kurai and Tsukiko was sat at the very back in the corner, as usual, keeping to themselves, chipping in to the converstation the others was having every now and then.
"Hey did you hear? There's a rumor going around that a new kid is supposed to be coming to school today" Tristan said.
"Yeah. I heard that. I wonder what he's gonna be like" Teá said dreaming about what he may look like.
"yea well, c'mon who really cares?" Joey said.
Seto hits Joey around the head "Shut up Puppy!" Seto growled.
"OW! well there no need to hit me!" retorted Joey.
Everyone groaned and looked at each other, knowing that Seto and Joey were always fighting constantly but always ended up making out one way or another.
Kurai and Tsukiko looked at each other and rolled their eyes.
Yami and Atemu also looked at each other shaking their heads but turned around to talks to their boyfriends, Yugi and Heba, privately. The whole gang knew that those four liked each other from the start. But they never admitted it to each other until a couple of weeks ago. Yami talked to Yugi and told him how he felt, and they ended up getting together after he found out Yugi felt the same way. Atemu also talked to Heba telling him how he felt. The exact same thing happened to them.
Ryou turned to Kurai and Tsukiko. "Hey, do you think you two will ever find anybody?" Ryou asked.
Hearing the comment Ryou was making everyone turned around to hear their reactions. Including Yami, Yugi, Atemu, Heba, and even Seto, and Joey.
Tsukiko glared at Ryou. "You have got to be kidding me Ryou" Tsukiko growled at Ryou.
"Is that supposed to be a joke Ryou?" Kurai said unamused.
Everyone laughed at their reaction and faces.
The teacher then walks into the room with a tall boy with brown hair and brown eyes looking around the room, taking in everything he see's.
"Alright class settle down!" The teacher called. Everyone turned in their seats to face the front.
Kurai sat there staring at the new boy with wide eyes and a slightly parted mouth.
Tsukiko saw Kurai's reaction when the boy walked into the classroom and smirked. 'I think she may have finally found someone that she likes' Tsukiko thought to herself.
"You all would of proberaly heard by now, but we have a new student joining our class today. This is Namaiki" The teacher gestured towards the brown haired boy who was looking at everyone, taking in everybody's faces. "Namaiki, theres a seat next to Kurai at the back of the class. You may go and sit there."
After hearing that this boy, Namaiki, was going to be sitting at the back of the classroom, Kurai realised the expression on her face, so quickly fixed it so that she was emotionless.
Namaiki nodded towards the teacher and headed towards the back to take his seat. At the corner of his eye he saw the expression of a long silver haired girl he was going to be sitting next to. Smiling inwardly, he sat down next to her, 'thank you Ra' he thought, thinking she was one of the most beautiful girls he's ever seen. 'By the look that was on her face, I think she may have taken a liking to me'
I know this may not be the best of starts. This is my first Proper Fan Fiction that i have decided to continue. But i would like other peoples opinions and to see if they would like me to continue as well. I am in progress of chapter 1.. and i will post it. After it is posted.. i will await Reviews to see if people would like me to continue .. thank you very much to all who review me.. =)
