Just a cute little oneshot. Why? I have had this idea in my head for like… 2 weeks. So I have to get it out.

Ed suddenly bursted into Roy's office, a large smirk on his face. Seeing as he hadn't been seen in about 2 ½ months, Roy was rather angered when the blonde had come in so rudely.
"FULL METAL WHERE THE HELL HAVE YOU BEEN?" Roy asked while an imaginary vein popped in his brain.
"I went out." Was his reply.
"Listen, shorty." Roy shot a glance at Ed. 'No outburst? That's odd.' Roy thought and then continued. "If you insist on destroying buildings with the states funds, you can at least tell me WHERE THE HELL YOU WERE!"
"That doesn't matter." Ed said smoothly. He sat down on the couch and took out his watch. "Oh, I bet you're wondering why I'm here." Ed smirked at the dark haired man. He returned it with a questioning look. "I am resigning."
"WHAT?" Roy's mind started spinning. "Why the hell do you want to resign? You and your brother-"
"Yeah," Ed said playing with his bangs. "I'm kinda over the whole 'dog of the military thing.' Besides," The blonde closed his eyes and tilted his head up. "I have more than one reason to quit. One, being Al. Two being I hate the fucking military always telling me what to do. And three, I love-" Ed stopped mid-sentence.
"What do you love, Full Metal?" Roy raised an eyebrow.
"Uh, I love… you see I…" Ed sighed. "Sign the damn papers, Mustang."
Roy looked down on his desk and saw the folder. He signed them quickly, and handed the folder back to Ed.
"So you're out. Now what, Ed?" Roy looked into the boy's eyes with worry.
"We'll get out of here." Ed smiled and gazed into Roy's dark eyes. "Roy," he whispered; his face only inches from Roy's. "I'm not your subordinate anymore. I'll tell you what I love. But I bet you don't feel the same way." Ed looked down.
Without realizing it, Roy put is hand under Ed's chin and tilted his head to meet his. "I do, Ed." And with that, Roy and Ed kissed.
Roy undid Ed's loose braid and Ed unbuttoned some of Roy's shirt. Ed slipped his hands under it and felt the man, without breaking the make-out session. Roy ran his fingers through the boy's long, soft hair. They slowly pulled away from each other, but still Ed wrapped his arms around Roy and but is head on his chest, while Roy played with his hair.
"Roy, I-"
"I love you, Edward."
Ed smiled. "You bastard, I was going to say it first."
"It still means the same."
"I love you, too, Roy."
"Brother Lt. Hawkeye said you wanted to be alone but I need-" Al stopped.
"So this is why you quit?" Roy undid a tangle in Ed's hair.
"Yeah." Ed answered. He looked back to Alphonse, who was smiling at the threshold. He had his body back, and look like Ed, only his hair was a bit darker, and his skin a bit tanner.
"You guys done yet or are you gonna need a room?" Al jokingly asked.
"Well I don't know," Roy smiled and picked Ed up like a baby.
"What the HELL!" Ed wrapped his arms around Roy's neck for safety. Roy let out a laugh.
"We just might need a room, Alphonse." Roy smiled as Ed struggled to get free.
"Dammit! LET ME GO!" Ed suddenly stopped. "Wait a sec. YOU PETAPHILE! We don't need a freakin' room! We just started going out!"
Roy's smile widened. "So we're going out now, huh? Okay, first of all, no name calling, save for cute pet names. For example, Eddy-poo!"
"Bastard!" Al started to crack up.
"Now, I don't really like that one. How about…"
"Shut up... Roy-toy." Ed smirked.
"Now that one I can live with."
Ed squealed as Roy carried him out of the office and into his car. They then drove to Roy's house, where they now live happily married.
