Disclaimer: I own nothing! But if Joss doesn't want him any more I'll gladly take
Doyle! :) The song is 'Any Lucky Penny' by Nikki Hessman.

/Baby look around
See that I'm no were to be found/

Cordelia Chase sighed as she looked around the crowed club. Why had she agreed to come back here with Angel? When she left Sunnydale over a
year ago, she had vowed never to come back. And now here she was. At the Bronze, watching Buffy and Angel dance.

/You want to feel me near
Then close your eyes and I'll appear/

'I should have stayed in LA.' she thought, but then she knew why she had come. She just had to get out of there. Too many memories. Memories of
Doyle. She'd been thinking about him alot lately.

/And dream of me with out tears
Anything it takes to wish me here
Oh, magic and sweet lullaby
Any lucky penny will do fine
Oh wish me here/

'Being a ghost sucked' Doyle thought. He as he sat on one of the stools at the Bronze looking longingly at Cordelia. He wanted, more than any thing,
to go over there and take her in his arms and never let her go.
"Hello messenger."
He looked in the direction of the voice, and came face to face with one of the female PTB. "They come to a vertict yet? Heaven, Hell? What?
She just smiled. "I've grown fond of you Messenger. You are a true hero. You gave your life so that others might live. And now you must return to
that life."
"You mean...?"
She smiled again. "Go."

If it had been anyother club, in anyother town, the sight of a man appearing out of thin air, might have turned a few heads. But no one gave Doyle a
second look as he moved toward Cordelia's table.

/Your arms are open wide
Waiting for me to run inside
I'll meet you in the clouds
Please you, your power to bring Heaven down/

Cordelia had just reached full brood mode when some one taped her on the shoulder.

/And dream of me with out tears
Anything it takes to wish me here/

Suddenly Doyle became, well frightned, he hadn't talked to Cordy in over a year, what with his being dead and all. And when she turned around, it
was all he could do to take her hand and lead her out to the dance floor.

/And when we're face to face
the world just fades away/

It was a dream. Somehow, someway, all of this was a dream. A perfect dream. A dream come true. She could'nt keep the tears from rolling down her
cheeks as her arms wraped around the little Irishman's neck.
"Your really here."
"I'm really here, Princess. And I'll never leave you again."

/So take me to that place
Where it's just you and I
Every single night
And dream of me without tears
Anything it takes to wish me here
Oh, magic and sweet lullaby
Anyluck penny will do fine
Oh yeah, yeah, yeah/

"Doyle, I..."
"Shh, 'Delia. It's okay. Everything'll be fine." he said, kissing her softly.
"I love you Doyle. All of you."
"I love you, Princess."

/And dream of all of me with out tears
Anything it takes to wish me here
Oh, magic and sweet lullaby
Anylucky penny will do fine
Oh wish me here./
