Hello.
I haven't really been able to pick a TOPIC to write, so I was just wondering if you guys could give me your opinions based on the information I'm about to provide you. These two summaries have a number, when reviewing, put your favorite number (Story). Just like all votings go, I will pick the most liked one at the end of the week. These are with Elena being one of the/or the main characters. The love-interest will have to be kept secret until I post one of these! Review!
P.S. Also state if you want the fiction to be T/M. Thanks.

There were always people going and coming to the Gilbert's house. John Gilbert, Elena and Jeremy's father, was a busy man. A business man. He made deals more often than a pregnant woman had cravings, he knew how to talk the talk, and better yet, he knew how to walk the walk. Elena and Jeremy never asked their father what he did, they knew he sold valuable items and that he'd have to work late sometimes, but they never asked him exactly what he did. Most people would've described John as an honest, faithful, and firm believer in 'You give respect to earn respect', man.
Everything was fine when Elena and Jeremy were younger, but now that they were growing up, things were getting complicated and not because they weren't understanding the way things worked, but, because they were.
Everything changed the day John was losing to a bigger and better company. He had signed a contract that stated the company that makes the most money in two years, gets everything. He had gambled away all of his possessions thinking he'd come out the winner. When he lost, he immediately regretted doing what he did. But the one thing he regretted the most was not reading the fine print, and losing the one 'thing' he cared for the most. Number one rule...
"Always read the fine print..."

He had left her when she was only 17, deflowered and confused in a big, big world. Some would say he was a coward, afraid, but she knew the real reason. She wasn't good enough, she wasn't what he wanted, he was tired of her and moved on, as he always did. She couldn't blame him though, she... excuse me, they were left on their own.
Her parents, grandparents, brother, and aunt all being dead left her alone with her little bundle of joy in a cold, mean world. Having to always take the odd jobs helped her make new acquaintances and friends. New opportunites. Eventually, she found a place willing to hire her... as a window cleaner.
What if that "coward" turned up to be your new boss on your first day of work. Having to come in every morning with a big, fat smile on your face. Wave to all those people that laughed and teased you for having a position lower than theirs, and listen to the one man you thought about for 7 years, the one person that left you alone, taking your heart along with them...
Thanks for reading, and like I said earlier, or typed, leave a review stating which one you liked the best!
