A/N: I don't really know guys. I came up with this idea whilst watching an episode of America's Next Top Model weeks ago. You know, the one where they go to New Zealand and do the photo shoot with the sheep? I have no idea what cycle it was; I never pay attention to that. But whatever. I thought the sheep was really cute and I've always imagined Thalia as a big animal lover, so this is the result of all of that. It's also a result of Alie's parents not letting her on the computer and she decides to write fanfiction in her room at night instead. Enjoy?

"Nico," Thalia repeated herself for the millionth time.

"Thalia," Nico said, frustrated with her stubbornness.

"We have to take him with us," she said. They had been doing this ever since they had stumbled across this part of the country- which had been about fifteen minutes.

"No!" he yelled. "We are on a quest and this quest does not include a sheep!"

Thalia's set jaw, narrowed eyes and crossed arms were a clear sign that Nico was fighting a lost cause. If Thalia wanted something she wouldn't give up until she got it. "The sheep," she said sternly," is coming with us."

"We can't just take an animal out of the wild and expect it to be okay," he argued.

None of this seemed to bother Thalia. She sat peacefully next to the sheep, gently stroking its back as it lazily chewed on some grass. Nico blamed it on her past as a huntress.

Thalia tucked a stray piece of hair behind her ear and said to him, "I know how to take care of him for the time being. I won't keep him forever, just until I know that the monsters won't get him." She had a hard look in her eyes and, realizing his defeat, Nico finally caved.

"We're not naming him Bob."

"Of course not! I'm sick of everything being named Bob. His name is Dobby," she said happily.

Nico had to laugh at this. Wasn't Dobby supposed to be skinny? "Now can we move on?" he asked.

"Come on, Dobby," Thalia cooed to the sheep. Miraculously, "Dobby" turned and followed her.

As they approached him a strong wave of stench slapped Nico in the face and he gagged. "What is that?"

"The smell of an angel," she smirked.

"Oh gods," he muttered. "It's sleeping outside of the hotel room," Nico said, louder this time.

"You'll sleep outside," she called over her shoulder.

Nico pinched the bridge of his nose, wondering how they were going to pull this one off. "Oh, the joy of quests," he scoffed.

"Baaa," Dobby answered.

A half-hour later they were all crowded into a small, hotel room bed after sneaking the big, black sheep past the employees- courtesy of the Mist and a little bit of hiding in the shadows (But not for too long. They quickly found out that Dobby doesn't like that too much. "Poor plant," Thalia had said. Nico just kicked the pieces of the pot to the side.).

"Hey, thanks for finally caving," Thalia whispered.

Nico responded sarcastically, "Oh, my pleasure."

"I'm serious." Thalia leaned over to kiss him and when she started to pull away, he pulled her back in.

But Dobby didn't like this. Moving his fuzzy butt around, he stuck his nose right on Nico and Thalia's lips.

"Ugh!" Nico exclaimed, wiping his mouth with the back of his hand.

Thalia just laughed and kissed Dobby on the top of the head, draping her arms around him. "Night, Nico."

Nico turned over and exhaled loudly. It was going to be a long night.
