Prologue:

Today just seemed to be a bad day for Harry. Teddy's Grandma had died two weeks ago, cause unknown. So he was forever stuck with Teddy. Which wasn't a bad thing necessarily. But he had no job and he didn't have access to the Potter Family vaults for some reason. The reason he had no job was because he was discharged from the Aurors and Harry didn't fancy a desk job at the Ministry. He wasn't poor he had his own small vault. But with Teddy here full time he didn't know how long he would survive without a job. And even more so, Harry had an interview with Professor McGonagall today to fill the DADA Professor Position. Harry didn't have anywhere to take Teddy as the entire Weasely Clan was killed during the battle and of course Harry blamed himself. And Hermoine was just to busy these days as she was recently promoted to Head of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement. Harry sighed as he walked towards the shower to wash himself off. A few minutes later Harry was dressed and ready to go to the interview. "Come on Teddy!" Harry said "Ok. Harry!" said an excited Teddy. When Harry told him he had to go to Hogwarts with him today, Teddy it up like a Christmas Tree. "You mean I get to see Hogwarts." Harry smiled and said "Yes, Teddy!" then he ruffled his hair. "Are you ready Teddy?" Teddy nodded "mhmm." Harry rolled his eyes and grabbed Teddy's Hand and apparated to Hogsmeade. "When Harry arrived at Hogwarts he could see the Astronomy Tower from where he was standing. "Is that Hogwarts, Harry!" said Teddy jumping up and down. Harry smiled down at Teddy, he truly loved the kid, "Yes Teddy that is indeed Hogwarts." Teddy's mouth dropped open in awe of Hogwarts. "Now come one before we're late." Harry said tugging Teddy along. It was a half hour walk to the Gates of Hogwarts and when he got there he saw Professor McGonagall standing there waiting for him "Your late, Potter." Harry looked at his former Professor with a guilty look "Sorry, Professor". "Quite alright Potter. And who this?" asked McGonagall smiling at Teddy. "This is my Godson, Teddy. Sorry for bringing him, but I didn't have anyone to watch over him." McGonagall nodded "Understandable, Harry. Well there is no sense in keeping you two out. Come in." she said as the Gates swung open. Harry and Teddy walked in with a smile. "Lets go to my office shall we Potter" Harry nodded and McGonagall started leading them towards the Headmistress' Office. The walk was pretty slow as McGonagall was walking very slow as she was getting very old and Teddy was stopping at nearly ever thing they passed by. But finally after about 15 minutes they arrived at the Stone Gargoyles "Butterbeer" said McGonagall and the Gargoyle slid away to reveal the door to the Office.
"Now, Potter you do kow why you are here correct?" the witch asked as she sat down as the desk. Harry nodded. "Well as you know we are in need of a new Defense Against the Dark Arts Professor after the horrible incident with Professor Dumbledore(Albus' brother). Harry cringed at the mention of the dead Professor. "Well it just seems to be that we cant find anyone to take the job. And if you dont take it, I will have to resort to a Ministry Professor." Harry sighed at his former Professor's attempt to guilt trip him into taking the job. "Alright!" Harry yelled. Making Teddy jump in fright. "Ill take the damn job." The aging witch smiled at Harry "Welcome on Boards Professor Potter."
