Hey readers!! Now, this is going to be a really short part because I want to update as much as possible even if there's not that much written! And I don't want to leave you hanging for too long. Everyone wants to know what's going to happen to Alex!! And his mom. Enjoy!
(Bailey and Izzie are standing in front of Alex's room)
Bailey: Now, the helicopter should be here any minute. So until then, I'll leave you to be alone with him.
Izzie: Thanks.
(Bailey leaves. Izzie opens the door and walks into Alex's room slowly)
Alex: Hey, babe.
Izzie: Hi, how are you feeling?
Alex: Fine. You know, everyone keeps saying that I passed out because my brain is bleeding but, honestly? I think it was that kiss you gave me…it literally took my breath away.
(Alex laughs but Izzie doesn't find it funny)
Izzie: You told me you had a headache and I was so stubborn and angry with you that I didn't even notice it. (whispering) This is all my fault.
(Izzie begins to cry again)
Alex: Hey, come here.
(Izzie walks over and hops into the hospital bed with Alex)
Alex: Shhhhhhhhh.
(Alex pulls Izzie close to him and kisses her head)
Alex: Izz, this is not your fault. If anything, I tried to play the "tough guy" role and I pushed through the pain the whole day. So if there's anyone to blame it's me.
(Izzie finally stops crying and there's a long pause)
Alex: I realize that I really don't have much time before the surgery and god knows what'll happen after that but-
(The door swings open and a 40 yr. old woman comes running in)
Alex: Ma?!
I know…very short! I'm sorry. Don't worry though, I will try to update as often as possible. Thanks for all of the positive feedback I've been getting! Also, if you guys have any suggestions of what you'd like to see happen next that'd be great! Thanks for reading my scripts!!
