Hey there! This is my first Ouran fanfic, so I hope I do the fandom justice! It's a short one-shot, requested by Broken-Zodiac.
If TamakixKyoya is not your cup of commoner's coffee then I suggest you read no further.

Bills.
Bills, bills and more bills.
Kyoya huffed and sat back in his chair. When would that idiotic French man learn? Money did not grow on trees. No matter how hard Tamaki had tried to plant that 100 yen bill last summer…
'Kyoya!'
Speak of the devil and he shall appear.
Tamaki Suoh burst elegantly into Kyoya's office, causing the latter man to roll his eyes at the sight.
Tamaki was dressed only in a Greek toga, holding a white lily in his mouth and adorning his head with a gold ring of thorns.
'What do you want, Tamaki?' Kyoya pushed a large folder over the piles of bills before Tamaki had the chance to see them. It was use worrying him about it.
Tamaki took the lily out of his mouth, threw it in Kyoya's direction with a grin before his face dropped and he cocked his head to the side.
'Aren't you coming?' A suddenly childish look of sadness filled Tamaki's eyes.
'I…' Kyoya sighed, looking at the lily that had landed on his desk. 'I have a lot to do.'
Tamaki paused. 'But I already sorted out an outfit for you.' The blonde looked suddenly deflated and Kyoya found it hard to look at him without feeling the guilt rest heavily on his chest.
'Tamaki.' He groaned. 'I'm very busy. I'm sorry but I can't dress up today. I need to sort out a few things.'
'Like what?' Tamaki's brow furrowed in confusion and he hopped over to the desk. 'Kyoya, all this is just letters! Why can't you just-' Tamaki stopped talking when he pushed the folder to the side and his eye caught the bills.
Kyoya sighed quietly when he saw Tamaki's expression.
The blonde man's face held a mixture of confusion, betrayal and sympathy all displayed by a tight little frown and concerned eyes. His eyes gave away the most.
'Tamaki…Look I didn't-'
'Want me to see it?' Tamaki cut in. 'I know you, Kyoya.'
The dark-haired man sighed again. 'I knew it would do this. It would just make you worry.'
'Me? Why do you care about making me worry?'
Kyoya paused.
'I just preferred it that you didn't know.' He gave in and explained himself. 'That you'd just continue to prance about like you always do and let me handle the finances.' He stopped for a moment. 'Like always.'
Tamaki stared at Kyoya for a second before glancing at the bills again.
'They're so high though, Kyoya. How will we manage?'
Kyoya groaned and took off his glasses, pinching between his eyes. 'We won't.' he said sternly. 'I will.'
'But Kyoya-'
'No buts, Tamaki.' Kyoya's voice rose. 'It's settled. This is exactly why I didn't want you involved.'
Tamaki blinked at him for a second before a grin started to show across his lips.
'Do you really love me that much, Kyoya?' His eyes lit up. 'I'm flattered!' he clasped a hand to his chest before twirling out the door. 'Kyoya really does love me Haruhi!' he cried as he disappeared and Kyoya shook his head.
After a moment of silence, he noticed Tamaki had left his lily behind. Twirling its' stem between his fingers, he smiled.
'Oh how close to the truth you are, my King.'
