Hellos ;) 1st fic so please don't be too harsh on me but also be truthful about your opinion on it. The only way you improve is through criticism! Fairy tail is owned by the *awesome* hiro mashima as I'm sure you all know and i don't own anything but it would be cool if I did.
Levy sat book in lap carefully reviewing the contents with a small smile on her face. She sat in the corner table of one of magnolia's little cafes. As she took a sip of her marshmallow topped hot chocolate she looked out of the window to see two magpies sat in a cosy little nest. She smiled softly.
One for sorrow
Two for joy
Three for a girl
Four for a boy
Levy wasn't superstitious but she liked the idea of good luck. Who wouldn't? She went back to the book snuggling against the two walls she leaned against .I wonder what gajeels doing now she pondered, probably training.*sigh*who knew what training It was, lightning and waterfalls? What next? Scuba diving and boxing? No she reminded herself iron rusts underwater and attracts electricity. The more she thought about it the smarter gajeel became in her opinion. But who could trust her opinion? She had a crush on the man for goodness sake!
She hadn't had much progressed with gajeel and she had tried. She had really tried. She gave him limitless amounts of attention though she got none in return. Why was her life so...so...depressing? Even gajeel himself had told her not to get depressed at points but even the tiniest things made her upset. Then there was jet and droy and even though they both had feelings for her she couldn't return them because she knew she could only love gajeel.
She loved gajeel because he was so open about everything if he wanted something he would get it or if he had something to say he could just say it. Even though he was tough he was also cute at times. Like when he danced with her. She still had dreams about that, dreams she would deny if anyone asked her. The main problem was she was so tsundere that she never said anything she always muttered silently what she wanted to say then ran away.
He's so strong and he's protected me so many times. I remember when I muttered my confession to him. It the only reason I'm in this away like the coward I am, im such an idiot forgetting that dragon slayers have extra sensitive hearing. I guess I will hide for a few days. Then only talk to him when necessary so that I can avoid embarrassment. It was going to be a long time before guild life felt normal. It was her own stupid self who made this happen.
Levy hadn't noticed the man across from her staring at her intently. His red eyes glimmered, black hair shining in the sun light. The blue haired bookworm slowly lifted her eyes from her novel. They shone warm soft brown filled with surprise at the sudden intrusion of the familiar face. A blush spread across her cheeks. The man's lips .
"Gajeel?"She said gasping slightly.
"Where are the guard dogs?"He replied
"Um mission and I told you not to call them th..."she was cut off by his lips on hers.
"You shouldn't have run away. It would be easier to hear you if you could have just told me about how you feel. Okay shrimp?" With that he walked off leaving levy bright red turning to the book covering her face.
Two for joy. Superstitious? Levy Mcgarden? no she wasn't but every time time she saw two magpies she always blushed and thought of the one who eventually became her lover.
