Unfaithful
Yusuke paused after inserting the key into the knob. He stood stood outside of the apartment he shared with Kurama feeling guilt and remembering what was the cause of that feeling. He knew that his actions were causing the beautiful kitsune pain.

He saw it in his eyes when ever he got ready to leave or left out of the room to take a call. Even though Kurama never mentioned anything, Yusuke knew that the kitsune knew about him and Kuwabara.It had been going on for quite some time and the sadness in those green eyes ate away at his soul.
And I know that he knows I'm unfaithful
And kills him inside

He hated himself for making the redhead this way. He could see the pain slowly killing Kurama. Yusuke slowly opened the door and quietly entered so he wouldn't wake his partner. His guilt let up a little as he thought about the other reason he had seen Kuwabara that night.

He had to tell him he couldn't see him anymore. As he nears their bedroom the smell of salt assaults his senses making the guilt come back full force. He opened the door to find the young man asleep balled up.

Yusuke quickly stripped out of clothes and climbed into the bed pulling Kurama close. He sighed when he felt the smaller man wrap his arms around his waist. He breathed in the scent of roses that only belonged to his kitsune. As he drifted off he said the only thing he could think of:
Our love, his trust
I might as well take a gun and put it to his head
