All her mind was occupied by only one thing. No, not a thing rather, a person. A person whom she loves the most – the only one which was irreplaceable in her heart – Romeo Montague. His name sounded quite bitter and unbearable on his tongue.

Even though he knows Romeo is his half-brother, he is still a Montague, and he finds it unforgivable. No, not that strong, for he somehow loves his own brother… He can never turn his hatred towards a person who's as innocent as him. Romeo did nothing, and he even helped them out.

But what makes Tybalt irritant about is on how he captured Juliet's heart. Tybalt had never been able to do that… Rather, he didn't make an attempt at all since the very beginning.

He reasons himself that Juliet is only his cousin and they can't be a couple. But the heart never lies, and continues to pound–yearning–for the special person whom they desire. His heart will never be at ease if he couldn't calm it down. Although, he sees his love as unrequited, letting her know his feelings might lessen the pain a bit.

Suffering from unrequited love, and never letting your emotion known is like having thousands of thorns bear down–piercing–through your bare skin.

Maybe telling her is the best option left… He has to act quickly before he's too late.

But, he was all ready too late; when Romeo died, and Juliet decided to stay with him… Being the new Escalus as she was the one who bore the seed of it. They couldn't do anything to help them out. They could only pray for them and escape along with everybody else.

'Their love is too strong, I could not comprehend. It's too strong that it can carry both of them away. It's too strong to be irreplaceable…' Tybalt thinks as he feels helpless of not being able to get it from the start. Romeo would be together with Juliet for eternity… And this scene before him proves it all.

My first drabble of Romeo x Juliet. I like Tybalt in the anime because well, he's different and… interesting? Tybalt is also a cool character. :~D If anyone finds him OOC, please notify me.
