WHAT ARE YOU SINKING ABOUT? – POKÉMON STYLE

Takes place during the Hoenn Arc of the Anime

At a German Coast Guard Post, an officer of the Coast Guard and his trainee arrive for work. Along for the ride, are Ash and his friends May, Max and Brock, on a guided tour.

ASH: Wow! Awesome!

MAY: How many devices there are in here!

MAX: All of these are used by the Coast Guard Officers in their work, May!

BROCK: Well, we'll see how our friend here will deal with it!

ASH: You're right, Brock!

The officer is showing the devices and instructing the trainee on what he should do.

THE OFFICER: Das hier ist mein Sektor (This here is my sector)… Das hier ist das wichtigste Gerät der Küstenwache (This here is the most important device of the Coast Guard)… Dieses Gerät, Dieses Gerät… (This device, this device…)…Überleben Radar (…Survival Radar).

Then, the officer gives a pat in the trainee's back and walks away. Satoshi and his friends freak out.

ASH: Hey! Are you leaving us here?

BROCK: Now we're stuck here with that trainee! Just great!

They then stay with the trainee on the room, when suddenly a beeping sound is captured by the Survival Radar.

CAPTAIN OF SHIP IN TROUBLE: Mayday, Mayday! Hello, can you hear us? Can you hear us? Can you hear us?

MAX: A ship is in trouble!

BROCK: Quick, man! Answer the call!

CAPTAIN OF SHIP IN TROUBLE: We are sinking! We are sinking!

THE TRAINEE: Hallo! Zis is ze German Coast Guard!

MAY: Hurry!

CAPTAIN OF SHIP IN TROUBLE: We are sinking! We are sinking!

THE TRAINEE: What are you sinking about?

Shocked, Ash and his friends fall down on the floor, Anime-Style, not believing what they had just heard!

ASH: Oh, no! I can't believe it!

MAX: He just confused everything up! There's no "th" in German!

MAY: Poor guys in the ship! They're doomed!
