Ways to Say I Love You
Disclaimer: I do not own Glee' someone asked me to make more stories of Jarley with them actually dating so this is what I came up with. Sorry if this is OOC, don't forget to R and R please!
Number 1: Unexpected "I Love You"
It happened after 4 months of dating. It wasn't a special occasion. It just happened unexpectedly on a normal date they went on one night.
They went to the movies, that was conveniently right by Marley's apartment building.
It was a little after 9 pm when they left the theater. Instead of going home right away, seeing as how they still had an hour till Marley's curfew was up, Jake drove them to the football field at McKinley.
"What are we doing here?" Marley asked curiously once she recognized where they were at.
"I thought why not kill time, here?" Jake shrugged as he got up on the roof of his car. Marley looked at him puzzled, before he smirked and helped her up and she say down right next to him on the hood of the car.
"The stars are awfully pretty out tonight," Marley stated with a smile.
"Yeah that they are, but not by far as pretty as you." Jake said with a smirk.
Marley blushed, "Awe that's so sweet, Jake."
"It's just what I do?" He said with a shrug.
Marley giggled in return.
"Have you talked to Kitty recently?" Marley asked curiously.
"Nope, not since we've started dating, why?" Jake answered honestly.
"Just something she said got to me, it's no big deal actually!" Marley said brushing it off but Jake frowned at the evident hurt in his girlfriend's eyes.
"What did she say?" Jake asked angrily.
"Nothin really just that, she made fun of my mom and my clothes nothing new," Marley said trying to change the subject.
"Is that all she said?" Jake asked curiously, he had a feeling Marley wasn't telling him the whole story.
"Well she said that no one would ever like me, and that you are dating me out of pity," Marley choked out not wanting to recall the awful memory. "And she said you two had sex..."
Jake felt his anger boil over. How dare Kitty say she that kind of things to Marley. "You don't actually believe her do you?"
"No I just wanted to hear the truth from you before I started making crazy accusations," Marley replied.
"Well I can guarantee we I'm not dating you out of pity, lots of people like you, you're amazing Mar,"
"Really?" Marley asked in disbelief.
"Yeah and as for the other thing Kitty is clearly being delusional like always," He said with a smirk.
"Yeah you're right..." Marley agreed, nodding her head ever so slightly.
"Aren't I always right?" He joked as she just giggled.
"I love your laugh," He stated affectionately.
"Oh I hate it, it sounds so weird," Marley complained.
"It's adorable," Jake said with a grin as Marley just blushed. "It's the little things that you do that-" Jake hesitated.
"That what?" Marley asked as she tilted her head in a confused fashion.
"That make me fall in love with you more and more everyday." Jake blurted out with an unusual blush.
Marley couldn't help the smile that broke out her lips. "You love me?" Marley squealed with excitement and awe, she was pretty much in shock from the heartfelt confession.
"Yeah, I do Mar, I really do love you!" Jake admitted as he gazed into her eyes.
"Well good, I love you too!" Marley replied as they both leaned in and their lips met in a sweet yet comforting kiss.
