I have been looking for a Bella/Jacob story for a while and can't find it.
Bella returns to forks after a few years with a teaching degree. When she returns Jacob is different. Bella is told about everything Jacob went through after she left, all the alcohol, drugs, and girls. Jacob gets her a job at La Push.
After everything Bella and Jacob get together but they have problems. One night something happens and Jacob decides to party and no one tells Bella anything. Bella goes to Jacobs house looking for him and finds him in his room with a girl.
