Yes, I'm a "Undertale" fan too. And I'm also a Papyrisk shipper... ^^' Since there's not much stuff about this pairing, I decided to contribute! So, this is based on the phone conversation you have with Papyrus when you're near the married dogs station. 'Cause that moment made my shipper heart explode to be honest, lol. XD

Disclaimer: Undertale belongs to Toby Fox.

Even though she wanted to go back on the surface, Frisk wasn't hurrying that much to quit the underground. She had to admit it was a lovely place so far and she wanted to memorize it, knowing that once she leaves the place, she would never return. This thought saddened Frisk a little but then ignored it. She hadn't been in the underground long enough to missing it yet. Frisk got pulled out of her thoughts as her cellphone rang. She already knew it was Papyrus, since Toriel wasn't even answering her calls. Frisk smiled and answered the call.

"Hi Papyrus."

"HELLO HUMAN! I WAS WONDERING HOW YOU WERE DOING... DID YOU LEAVE SNOWDIN YET?"

She liked to hear his voice. For a brief moment she thought she'd miss that. But she quickly chased that thought away.

"Not yet. I wanted to have a last walk around before I go." - Frisk explained - "If you want to know, I'm near the station of the... married dogs?"

"THE STATION OF THE MARRIED DOGS..." - Papyrus repeated for himself, then he asked a rather surprising question - "DO YOU THINK ABOUT DOING THAT SOMEDAY?"

This question made Frisk blush a very bright shade of red. She obviously had a crush on her skelleton friend, and hearing a question about marriage from him out of all people didn't help. But Papyrus quickly clarified his question, pulling Frisk out of her ideas.

"MARRYING A DOG?"

"N-not really…" - Frisk replied, her blush gone now - "Why marry a dog?"

"YOU'RE RIGHT, THAT WOULD BE WEIRD." - Papyrus agreed.

"Exactly." - Frisk giggled a bit at the sillyness of the whole idea.

"THERE ARE WAY BETTER ANIMALS TO MARRY." - Papyrus pursued with his usual joyful tone - "LIKE SKELETONS."

This last suggestion made Frisk blush even harder than the first time. An awkward silence followed. Before Frisk could reply something, she heard Papyrus' voice again, sounding a little awkward.

"...BYE, HUMAN!"

He then hooked up the phone, leaving Frisk completely dumbfounded.

"What was that about…?" - she asked herself as she heard the short beeps in her cellphone.

Meanwhile, (the Great) Papyrus was in his room, questioning the conversation he just had with the human.

"WHY DID I SUGGEST HER TO MARRY A SKELETON?" - he asked himself - "SHE'LL THINK I WAS IMPLYING MYSELF!"

Papyrus felt sweat form on his skull in nervousness, but right after, he waved his worries off as he remembered the "date" they had before.

"SINCE I TOLD HER WE'LL BE JUST FRIENDS, I COULDN'T HAVE SUGGESTED MARRIAGE! AND SINCE SHE AGREED, SHE CAN'T THINK I'D SUGGEST THAT! NYEHEHE, EVERYTHING'S COOL THEN!"

Papyrus felt completely relieved as he came up to the logical conclusion. But he was oblivious to the blush on his cheekbones.

A/N: Please, don't judge me for my ship. It would be too long to explain why I ship those two… Just know I started to ship them from the moment you can flirt with Papyrus. I know, Papyrus friendzoned Frisk, but don't forget they barely knew each other at that moment. So, I like to believe that they eventually grow more into each other as time goes. Again, PLEASE don't judge me..! / When I saw that phone call on YT, I was like "OTP confirmed"! :D So, I decided I HAD to make a silly one-shot about it. If you don't like the one-shot or the pairing, please don't leave mean reviews.
