Godzilla collapsed, blood flowed from many wounds in his scaly hide. The three person team in the MechaGodzilla watched the huge monster struggle to stand but the loss of blood had weakened him.
"Finish it" The radio told them. They blasted the king of monster with all they got the long battle had taken its toll on the crew as well as the robot, but they won. The dust started to clear at first captain Takuya Sasaki thought he saw something staring at them but like the others he didn't think much of it and continued to celebrate after 62 years of living in fear that Godzilla would kill them all they had finally killed him, all the monitors showed Godzilla laying were he fell, still bleeding a snarl on his face but he didn't move, everyone believed he was dead. The crew stopped they heard a wail the ran to look out a young monster the resembled Godzilla stood many yards away, her eyes wide and she was looking at the unmoving body of Godzilla.
Maiya looked from her father's body to the machine that looked like him, she narrowed her eyes. It turned it's head and looked at her, she didn't feel brave anymore she wanted to go home with her dad and forgetting this. It is the humans fault that this happened, if they never had bothered us, we would still be on the islands! Maiya thought sadly. The machine took a step towards her, she stepped back afraid. It's eyes started to glow, suddenly she didn't feel safe, she dodged just in time a red electric blast. Her eyes were glowing red with fear, she scrambled over to Godzilla. The metal dubble turned and prepared to blast her, she looked at it trembling.
"Lets finish it!" The Gunner, Atsushi Sonezaki yelled excitedly, his hands hovering over the keyboard in front of him. Sasaki nodded and Sonezaki aimed for the little monster
"Hold up" The Co-pilot and Operator,Catherine Berger said "I don't think that would be a good idea" Sasaki looked at the helpless monster below, he almost felt sorry for her but then reminded himself about the mission, to kill Godzilla.
Maiya backed up, her rounded dorsal fins brushed Godzilla's shoulder, he stirred and opened his eyes and growled. Maiya spun around to watch her father stand up, he snarled angrily and stepped in front of Maiya protecting her from Mechagodzilla. But despite the fire burning in his eyes he was weak from the battle that had almost killed him, with one hit Godzilla fell, leaving Maiya to defend herself. She glanced at the Mecha and growled, doing her best to scare the people inside. Mechagodzilla reached down, but before it could end it something crashed into it, sending the Mecha into a building, it crumbled sending a huge cloud of debris and dust, Maiya searched for what ever saved her,all she saw was the sun reflected off metal, and glowing red eyes.
"What was that?" Sonezaki asked in alarm
What is the damage?" Sasaki demanded
"We took a huge hit but everything seems to be all right" Berger replied
"Get us on our feet" Sasaki demanded, what ever attacked them would have to fall.
Maiya looked around, she was scared and alone. Her dad opened his eyes, and growled. Maiya rushed to his side.
"What's happening?" She asked Godzilla "Should we go home?" Godzilla climbed to his feet, grimacing in pain
"I don't know what's going on" Godzilla growled "But I think it would be the best if we don't find out"
