AUTHORS NOTE: Hey guys so I have not written in a while and I lost my muse for my other stories so I'm sorry to say I will not continue them but I have started this story and I don't know where exactly I will be going with it so suggestions would be highly appreciated, also this is not very long because it is only a prologue but the other chapters will be longer.:)

Emily, much like the rest of the B.A.U. team was doing paperwork for the third day in row sense they had no cases, much to the dismay of the team. Emily was in the middle of having an internal debate about the pros and cons of having a case when she saw J.J. approaching her, immediately the whole team brightened up thinking they had a case.
"J.J. please tell me we have case" Derek asked hopefully
"Sorry guys, we don't I just came to see if Em wanted to go to lunch with me and Pen?" J.J. propositioned Emily
"Sure, anything to get out of this paperwork" Emily said while looking around at their sad faces about not having a case
-Later at a café down the street-
"Are you sure we don't have a case anything at all I'm desperate" Emily exclaimed
"Sorry but it looks like they all decided to go on vacation or something" J.J. said
"Sure when I wanna go on vacation they step it up but when we need them they aren't here" Emily said sounding exasperated
"Are you ok my little dark haired raven you seem a little on edge" Garcia asked concerned
"Yah I'm fine, just tired I guess and paperwork sucks!" Emily answered
"ok well we better get back soon" J.J. said as they gathered there stuff and left
-Back at the B.A.U. about two hours later-
Emily was up in J.J.'s office when the elevator dinged and a fairly attractive man stepped out looking around the room looking lost and a bit nervous.
"Is there something I can help you with?" Derek asked
"No thank you…. Ummm actually yes there is I'm looking for Emily Prentiss I was told she worked here?" the unknown man asked
"Yah she does" Derek smirked "So how exactly do you know Emily" Derek pushed for answers
"I am… err I was her fiancée" The guy answered timidly
Derek just looked at the guy shocked. When he didn't say anything the guy asked again "So do you know where she is or?"
Just then Emily walked out of J.J.'s office smiling and laughing at something she said when she locked eyes with the one person she never expected to see again.
So there it is the prologue, please review! Also for the guy's name do you like Jake or Ryan better?
