{Hobbes, Calvin's stuffed tiger, climbs up on top of the skyscraper, like King Kong, while holding Calvin. Dramatic music starts playing. Hobbes starts to roar. People start screaming.}
Calvin's Mother: We'll rescue you, son!
Calvin: Sorry, Mom. I don't want to be saved. Besides, Hobbes saved me.
{Hobbes roars and roars again.}
Calvin's Father: All right, darling! Let this tiger have it!
{Calvin's parents all throw plungers at Hobbes, which causes him to move slowly and fall down on the ground, and into the wild jungle where animals live, making him die a slow and painful death.}
Calvin: You can stop pretending now, Hobbes.
{Susie Derkins comes in.}
Susie: Oh my god, what happened to your stuffed animal?
Calvin: Hobbes and I were playing King Kong, Susie, and Hobbes Kong fell onto the Empire State building.
Calvin's Mom: Okay, Calvin, we're taking this stuffed tiger back to the real wild jungle where he belongs.
Calvin: But...{sniffling}...you can't take Hobbes away!
Calvin's Dad: Your tiger never loved you. Now we're taking it back to the wild, where the animals live! You can just forget about him for now, Calvin.
