Together they had a son they named Tucker, Spencer didn't know if it was karma or what, but her son was born blind.
Aria Montgomery went on to be a teacher but she got fired not too long after for having an affair with a student. After she got out of prison, she went on to marry a baker from Wisconsin, together they had a son they named Breen.
Hanna Marin ended up getting married to Spencer's old boyfriend Toby, and Spencer hasn't spoken to her since then. Together they had a son who they named Roy.
Emily ended up marrying Paige and together they adopted a boy who they named Dallas. Paige and Emily never made it as big time swimmers, but they did however make their own bed and breakfast.
