Note from the Authoress:

First of all, I would like to point out that I realize that it has been a long time since I last updated this story. However, I have been very busy with school and other things have been more important to me.

Nevertheless, you will all be happy to hear that I have not abandoned this story.

In fact, I am actually working on re-writing "Ace of Hearts."

No worries, though, this story will have the same characters and may or may not follow the same general plot.

I am doing this for a few reasons:

1.) It was brought to my attention by a reader that I didn't give very much background information on Kyo and her relationship with Ryoma or her family situation. Granted, that may still come a little later, but I will try and not make you wait fourteen chapters this time.

2.) I first wrote this story many years ago and it seems awfully childishly written and I wanted to change that.

3.) I want to continue this story, but I was not happy with the direction that I took and the awkward flow.

SO,

What I am planning on doing is taking down all of the current chapters and rewriting this story. I cannot guarantee long chapters, because they will come however I see fit. Chapters One and Two are already finished and I will post them as soon as possible.

I would just like to thank all of my readers who have stuck with this story from the very beginning, and I'd like to welcome all of the new readers to join us on this crazy ride.

I hope you all enjoy and continue to enjoy this story.
