Ron's Poem

You brush my skin and I shiver.

Your eyes stare into my core,

Touching my soul. I feel an arctic chill run up my spine when our eyes

Meet.

Unblinking, your brown eyes search me,

Your porcelain skin is soft to touch.

I feel your hand grip my rough fingers tightly, fear engulfing you,

Stopping rational thought.

I look towards our clasped hands and smile slightly, and give you a tiny squeeze.

Your glazed eyes snap into focus and you snatch your hand from mine.

I turn away.

Oh, how I longed for that moment to last eternally.

To hold your hand and protect your innocent heart from terror,

To hold you close and whisper words of comfort in your ear,

To kiss your scarlet lips and look into your chocolate eyes,

To see into your soul and try to understand you,

That would be amazing.

Hermione's Poem

Books, learning, skill, I have my life.

Adventure, laughter, joy, you have your life.

I glance at your thoughtful eyes and get a head full of dreams.

I am blown away. I thought I could read you like a book,

But the pages are all torn and frayed.

Erratic looking thoughts are deep and serious,

Appearances are very deceiving.

But

In the moment when our hands touch I feel exhilarated,

This surpassed all my wildest dreams.

I have often come across love stories describing characters.

But no matter how many times I read them, nothing, not anything compares to

You.

Your tousled flame-red hair, azure eyes, and a personality like no other.

You are original, unique, new, alluring.

My secret desire.

My love.

Ginny's Poem

One boyfriend after the other,

On Wednesday I like Dean, but on Thursday I am kissing another.

What is wrong with me? Why am I like this?

I have moved on by the time he comes to hold my hand.

I move, turn, twist, escape from my one constant,

My one craving.

A yearning I want to fight, to ignore.

But I can't evade my want to reach you, to hold you.

I have had a small feeling inside me ever since I met you.

For months I couldn't speak to you, look at you, or even be near you without melting.

Finally I thought I had conquered it, the wish inside me that you would...

Love me.

Like I love you.

I walked towards you and your face filled with happiness and the feeling I thought I had conquered rose inside me, filling my being.

Before I could stop it, something poured from me.

Love, adoration, passion...

For you.

Harry's Poem

Secretly I watch you, trying to feed the animal inside me that wants you.

I need you, love you, want you more than anything else in the world.

I will hold you close one day, and never ever let you go.

Passion overwhelms me and I reach out for you.

But you aren't there.

Why do you torture me so?

Hurting me as you embrace others in front of me.

Ripping at me almost oblivious to my yearning for you.

I love you, I love you, I love you.

I will say it a thousand times over if I have to, if you will wrap me in your arms and say you'll never leave me.

I want to stroke your hand and say I'm sorry for teasing you, and that I don't care what others say, you are special.

I want to feel your soft hair flow through my fingers like water, see it dancing in the wind like autumn leaves.

How many times do I have to say it?

I love you, I love you, I love you.

I love you too much.
