Yusuke X Hiei
Hiei found himself once again sitting in a tall tree outside of
Sarayashiki Jr. High. Lately, he had felt the urge to see
Spirit Detective
Yusuke Urameshi. In the beggining, he told
himself the reason he was drawn
to the Detective was purely to
make sure no one else could kill Yusuke
before he did, but lately
he wasn't so sure his feelings were totally
proffesional.
It had begun about a week ago when he had been defeated by
Yusuke
in a battle to save the Earth from becoming zombie slaves. Hiei
had
never met anyonewho could defeat him in his second form.
Not even Kurama
had been able to get the best of Hiei . Just the
thought that a human could
beat him made his blood boil. Just
then, Hiei heard the school's bell ring.
As usual, Yusuke was one
of the first ones off the school grounds, followed
closely by one
orange-haired idiot and his gang of cronies. No doubt he was
seeking another fight with the Spirit Detective.
¿?¿?¿?
When Yusuke arrived home, it was already dark. Another day had
come and
gone, and he still hadn't heard anything form Spirit
World. It was enough
to make him insane! He had
returned the last of the 3 stolen treasures, and
that had been
it. No "Thank you." no "We'll be in touch
soon." no nothing.
They just took the sword and
left. To make matters worse, he had the
feeling that
he was being watched all the time. Oh, well. It was
probably
just his imagination.
¿?¿?¿?
In yet another tree outside of the Urameshi's apartment building,
Hiei
began to think that maybe the Spirit Detective wasn't such a
bad guy after
all. After all, he had helped that brown
haired girl fend off some guys who
were trying to rape her.
That's why he was getting home so late. Wait...
What the hell was he thinking? Urameshi was the
enemy! Of course he
was bad. Well, maybe. Maybe
he could just take a look into the apartment
and see how the
Spirit Detective acted at home. Maybe that would help get
these stupid thoughts out of his head. Yes, he would surely
findout some of
the Detective's horrible secrets this way.
He ran with lightning speed to
the apartment's door and
easilypcked the lock. Cautiously, he entered the
dwelling.
He saw a sleeping woman with a glass bottle in her hand.
She
had appeared to have passed out on her spot on the floor.
Drinking was such
a filthy human habbit. Hiei had never
understood the fasination with
liquor. The TV was still on
and the news was on. He quietly made his way
past the
snoring woman. He then tried one of the apartment's doors.
Nope.
Only a bathroom. He tried the next door to his
left. Success! This was
the room he was looking for.
The sleeping figure on the bed told him so.
It was the
Spirit Detective. Hiei stared. You know, when Yusuke was
sleeping... his relaxed features looked almost pleasant.
And when his hair
was free of hair gel, it looked soft and almost
angelic. Before he realized
it, hiei was next to the bes
and his hand was outstretched, inches from the
detectives head.
His hand was still inching closer, and Yusuke was
beggining to
stir.
¿?¿?¿?
Yusuke woke with a start. He had the feeling some one was just
in the
room with him. And, he didn't remember leaving that
window opened.
