It all came to those little moments. Close, alone, maybe not that much without others but still they felt like that. Having her on his sight causing the bliss to stay along the air. If only she knew. How close and far away it felt, watching her graceful, attractive and loving steps walked down the pathway of the library, her elegance clouded the age and dustiness from every book. A light dances along her, highlighting every detail he loved, the brightness in her hair like a shiny mirror, her deep and almost crystal, watery brown eyes.

It was difficult to leave her out of sight, he would try to hide his shy smile behind a book, and every now and then glance above the book just for some minutes to satisfy his desire. She was smoothly tracing the covers with her fingers. How lucky of them.

If only he could, walked to her, smile and say hi. It could all make a difference, small but worth one. His muscles were tense at the thought of walking or even standing up from his chair, he preferred to stay and watch her painfully from far away. His eyes changed in the sadness he felt from deep and sealed of his heart.

How could this happen, from only looking, just watching to fall in love. The scent and taste of bitterness inside him to not have her in his arms, it felt like a gash opening with every step she took away.

He looked back down and behind his book, he couldn't let her go at least not without talking to her for a spare seconds, that was all he needed, all he wanted to resist the week.

His hand tensed around the cover of the book while he breathed heavily, now or never, stand up or stay low. He sighed and with determination closed the book and slowly and insecure walked to the section where she was standing.

He never thought a few steps could take an eternity to end, trying to keep his eyes away from hers, it would look obvious if he kept looking at her, he would soon talked to her so he kept or at least try a low gaze focusing only in the books at his side.

She was still deep in her search for that perfect and lucky book to take back home, she grabbed one book looked at the name, cover and placed it back down, that wasn't it. He walked to the same path as her but he stopped at the opposite end. He started to do the same, feign looking for a book. He moved slowly down the hall, sliding to her side as he moved from one book to another.

He seem unnoticeable to her, until she looked to her side. He immediately stopped and grabbed a book, pretending to have a better look at it.

Now even more nervous he continue moving on with his quest. He returned the book to its place and grabbed another one, this time trying to do a better work, pretending. He even nodded a few times before returning the book to its place

With less steps and closer to her, he could feel his body shift and waggle inside. Doing the best avoiding collapse before taking the last step to finish his journey, he took a small breath and try to not look at her direction.

As he moved to grab the book next to her, his hand stumble upon a soft surface, he turned around and found his hand stood upon of hers. He smiled, she followed his eyes. It was these small moments Loki loved, the most he cared for.

"Hi" was all he said and all he needed to make her smile.
